The Knicks have won 4 in a row, the Bobcats have lost 2 in a row... Lets end both of these streaks tonight.

New York is playing much, much better than they were earlier this season, so we shouldn't look at this as an easy win ( I guess there is no such thing as an easy win for a team that lost to the Nets :facepalm: )

These games decide if we are actually a playoff type team or "Dust in the Wind"...at some point (and the Dallas game would have been nice) you have to start to take games from other teams...I'd like to see us (to get on the right track again) come out and lead from start to finish...

I look to see good effort from us tonight . I all so think we show case Augustine tonight . I all so look for nice games out of the not so big three. Like some one else said this is a start of a streach thet will define our season . We need win seven out of our next ten. I really think we ready for a nice run .

It's a home game, so I've gotta look at this as a win. Not having seen any Knicks games, only boxscores, I've gotta believe they're only playing better now because their shots are falling. If we defend competently (and I think we will), this game shouldn't be as close as the home opener....after all the Cats are much improved from that opener as well.

Of course, all this optimism means we'll get steamrolled, nevertheless.....

Really pulling for this guy though. Seems like he made the best of his NBA earnings after his forced retirement, starting up a bunch of businesses and philanthropic work in New Orleans.

Thoughts from the half:

Wallace: dude deserves to be an allstar. Watching him play tonight really shows how far and away better he is than anybody on the court. 19/4/4 with (I believe) 4 steals is insane.

Felton: solid as a rock. Played some shaky defense early in the game and Duhon lit him up, but since then he's played very well with almost back to back steals.

Chandler: Dude is horrible. Had a couple of nice dunks but he's been blocked just as many times. One sequence went: Lee score on Chandler, Chandler shot blocked, Ray tipped pass, Chandler fucking stares at it, then gets scored on again. Flip got on his ass for playing like a pussy and he started to pout for the rest of the 2nd

Jack: couple of bonehead plays, but has made some nice shots. Inconsistent night and I'd like to see him take advantage of his man a little more.

Diaw: ................. Don't get me started. Trade him.

This game should do wonders for Flip's confidence in LB. I'm not sure many coaches would have stuck w/ him tonight but LB did and it proved to be worth while. Ray....man he made it look easy w/ the drives to basket late (something we should have done when they were in that zone). Crash and Jack had so many big plays, some of them subtle and others eye popping (get up Al Harrington!!!!).

First game I've missed all season...at a Xmas party. Funny thing; it was in Raleigh at Bogarts...they have TWC and I got the bar to put it on the game! Only the 2nd time this year I've seen the Bobcats on TV!

Anyway, got to see the stretch from about 5 to 3 minutes left in the 4th and we were down 3 points, then had to break away. I didn't find out till now that we won!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And it's a great win (but TO city?)...Knicks had won 4 straight and we'd lost like 4 of our last 6, so we really needed this one. Very happy the guys pulled it out and defended that home turf!
