There's a ton of guests on right now. Is everyone just not logged-in or are there a ton of guests checking out the site?

hey iv been following this website for since the 2nd half of last season. kinda figured that if noone followed them, they wouldn't be around Charlotte much longer and have found them to be quite entertaining. I actually made the fan cam at the game vs the grizzlies if anyone was watching i was in a unc hoodie checking my cell.

When you make a post that people really like, then they can give you a positive rep.
Your rep power ( the amount that your reps affect other people ) is determined by a formula that is part reps you've received, the number of posts that you've made and the amount of time that you've been a member. Once you get to the 50 post mark, then you are able to give out reps.
And for a good question +1 :biggrin:

I remember when I first started posting I wondered why every one got rep but me. There's something about getting our peers approval even if it's an anonymous internet persona. I think thats why there are so many lurkers, people are scared to have their opinions questioned. I see alot of the same names every post, but there are 977 members.
Why are the rest of you hiding??

I think a lot of people think quality is better than quantity when posting. I lurk a lot but don't usually post, after all, there are only so many trade proposals to comment on. If you think the guest list is increasing now just wait until we make the playoffs this year (which I think we will). Then you will see how many new fans come out.

Hello to all of the fellow BOBCAT fans, I have been reading posts on this forum for a couple months now but finally joined. I have been a fan since Day1 and haven't missed a home game in 4 seasons and witnessed some really depressing games and seen ALOT of great ones, and i keep my fingers crossed that THIS is OUR year that we make the play-offs and that we make it to the 4th or 5th seed this year with at least a second round debut to make everyone realize we are a franchise to be noticed and respected.........

a lot of new people, im happy about that.
Their are still too many people in Raleigh who dont know the Bobcats exist though...
Anyway if you guys just wanna give me rep points just because im awesome, im fine with that.
it doesn't help that twc stopped giving us ch 145 special events for the bobcats sports south games either. the triangle isn't even aware the bobcats play basketball. anytime i see cat's gear i ask if they are a fan or on the bc planet and the usual response is " this was a free shirt, can't remember where i got it."

I have never posted here before (really just found this site recently). I'm a season ticket holder for the Panthers, but I've been to 3 Bobcats games this year. I was there last Saturday v. Memphis for "The Block" and "The Tip".
I just need a place to talk Bobcats, since most of my sports friends are Panthers or college basketball. Oh yeah, and I love the Ladycats!

Iv been visiting BCP for a little over a year now.I saw this tread and figured id finally sign up.Been a Cats supporter since day 1.Which makes their recent play that much more sweet for me.
I was a Hornets fan growing up,until they skipped town when I was 13.I actually went to the Hornets last home game in Charlotte against New Jersey in the playoffs.I remember leaving the Charlotte Coliseum after the game thinking that would be the last time i saw an NBA game in Charlotte.That was a very sad day for me.:cry:
Its been a roller coaster ride being a Bobcats fan,a lot of ups and downs (mostly downs).But at the end of the day,their my hometown team.And I believe in supporting hometown/state teams.
Anyway,I'll try and post as often as possible from here on out.
I never understood why some fans want to route for their team when they start winning. What fun is that? If you stand behind them when they are going through their rough times, when they finally start winning... It means so much more. Trust me.... I know! lol.

I was just joking, Most females I know are half sports fans. They either like certain name brand players or the colors of the team. My girl could give less then two shits about the Bobcats as a team. She like's the colors just to match up with her outfit. Thats so gay, I don't care if she is a girl.

i seriously read and re-read this forum around 5 hours a day
everyone knows me as the guy who constantly talks about the bobcats and i try to convert people like im a bobcat morman or something (much easier to do these days with the stat's)
