Currently Crash is listed as a game time decision. To be honest, I'd rather he sit out a game or two and get it completely healthy rather than having it linger for weeks and weeks.

Let's assume that Crash does not play tonight, If that is the case then UPS and Flip will likely get the majority of those minutes. They'll need to step up.

As always when you play with Miami, you have to deal with Dwyane Wade ( and the referee's lovefest with him ). Last night he lit up the Pacers with 32 points in just 3 quarters. Jax is going to have his hands full.

As for tonights game, I think we'll win this one if Jax' shots are falling. Otherwise it will be an ugly loss with Wade setting up season highs

After looking at debth charts one cover i would have to try .
I would try Felton on Wade and force him to take jump shots.
Flip should match up well with Austin
I think Borris matches better against Haslem
And JAX on Beasley
Nazz on Oneal

All that being said Wallace is still listed to play,

Hendo could be a factor on Wade all so , I think Graham is to slow to guard him .

UPS should be key off the beanch all so if Wallace don't play.
That said i would love to kick Heat tail again tonight.

I got to see Miami play the Warriors live last week, and I definitely think we should win this game. The Warriors play NO defense.

Wade will probably get his. He usually does. If I had to choose someone to guard him, though, Jax would definitely be a candidate. If he can do anything to contain Wade even just a little bit, then we'll have a big advantage.

Secondly, if we can just not leave Q wide-open at the 3 point line, then we will win the game. Defense people, defense.

In a perfect world this game would be similiar to the Suns game, thus, giving GW a chance to rest. Even if we dont jump out to an early lead I would rest him. Completely agree with an earlier post concerning Henderson possibly getting some time on Wade due to GW resting. I am currently watching Jim Rome and LB is one of his initial burns. LB said Jax is one the smartest players he has ever coached, he is just crazy. Additionally, that he almost took the Stanford job. He and Jim are apparently BFFs.

LB yells "shoot it" to try for the "2 for 1" so Felton drains a 3 like it's nothing. We then play great D, shoot down the court with 2 nice passes to get a dunk by Boris in 2 seconds!

i still am surprised at how much better felton's shot has become after the jackson trade...its more spectacular than wallace's improved rebounding numbers i think...we all knew that he could jump higher than most people so it was just a matter of him trying. but felton being able to shoot? i dont think any of us could see this coming this season

This made my night.

I'm currently on a Greyhound bus leaving Atlanta on my way to Wilmington. I'm a manager for UNCW's basketball team and we just suffered another tough loss. My moral is low, but seeing this, seeing how dominating we were and how we made Michael Beasley eat his words is so satisfying for me, and will make this 7 hour bus ride a little bit easier.

Though i am certainly not an optimist when it pertains to sports in general (too many things can go wrong),this win was effin sweet. We have beaten good teams on the homestand and the streak is impressive. This road trip will say alot about outsiders entertaining any, "contender" or "pretender" notions. Baring injury or a major meltdown, we look good enough for a playoff trip. My fingers are crossed and I will not rave like this again for fear of a retaliation against a percieved arrogance towards the team which could cost us a playoff berth.

We a vastly inproved team taking pride being the number one defence in the league . We trap ,swarm ,nothing comes easy for the other team now. If we take this intence play on the road . Wow went to my girlfriends house and she has TWC so we were able to watch the game...wow was it great game too! Crash coming off for a huge game while being injuried was wild, glad he was able to come out and rest the starters...still in shock over our murder of the Heat...really shut Beasley up didn't we...Nazr also dominated which was great...still in complete shock of this victory, now just hope we can keep it going up the road trip (7 of our next 8)

What a way to wrap up a mind-bending six game homestand! Even BCP's favorite Bobcats employee, Michael Thompson was speechless, incredulous, etc., at how the utter dominance of this homestand was of the course of the six games, and of course, tonight. Can't remember how many franchise records we set or tied tonight, but it was between 6 and 10. (Largest lead ever; largest victory; fewest points given up; fewest FGs allowed; best shooting quarter ever; tied longest ever win streak; longest streak ever at home; and a few more I can't remember).

Just another fabulous performance by the starting 5. Oh, and that question that arose was answered definitively tonight as the first half ended: Boris CAN dunk!!! And how about that cat Jack? Following up EC player of the week with a masterful performance on both ends...making Wade look pedestrian is no easy task, but Jack sure made it look that way.

Oh, and Beasley? That'll learn ya to talk shit about a real team, you taint-sniffer.

Special kudos to the Machine that is Gerald Wallace for playing typical Crash ball on a bum ankle! The man absolutely never ceases to amaze, and we're so lucky (and we know it!) to have him wearing our team's colors for six years running!

And Nazr with a strong double double.....damn....what a fantastic, historic week and a half for the Cats. Two more brutal games coming up this weekend before setting out for a most-always brutal west coast trip over two weeks, but 'til Friday night, I'll just sit back and bask in this greatness that we've witnessed these last 6 games at TWC :cool:
