Without Roy we should be able to take this one. Somehow I doubt Andre Miller will be dropping 50 on us.

No Oden, No Roy. This is a win tonight guys.
Speaking of Oden, how much do you think his ex-girlfriend got paid for leaking those pics last week?
We play the way we have been, I think we can get this. Remember though, no Roy and Oden doesn't guarantee anything, we just lost to Denver without Melo and Kenyon Martin after he got ejected.

I hope the Cats don't think like us fans think: like their "supposed to win", I'm sure Dallas thought they were supposed to win too, we've gotta find a way to contain the pick and roll between Miller and Aldridge, if we can do that all with taking care of the ball (Raymond) our shot at winning looks good.... by the way I reeeeaaaallly wish sportssouth had a damn HD channel, geez!

I just think we need somebody a little bit younger then jackson to be our number one option going forward. His D is already in decline and there are plenty of nights he shoots a crappy %. I would rather trade him for cap space now and go after a better free agent this summer. We also really need to see what we have with hendo at some point.

If we had cap space we could offer Lebron a chance to team up with wallace. If he takes a pass we could go after wade, then bosh. After the max guys go there are going to be some value guys who thought they were max guys like Amare. I would take any of those guys over jackson. I am pretty much ready to get rid of chandler too between his being hurt/not being that interested/not really being that good. We are not very likely to win it all this year anyway I would roll the dice with Lebron or Wade.
To those that say we have not chance at Lebron or Wade, a lot can happen. The best plan is to be ready when the time is right. Who would be a better side kick to one of those guys then Wallace. Yes, Jackson has made our team look good since the trade but we have also made his stock rise. We would be a lot better with a true superstar.

Biggest, most significant word in that line is "If". There's virtually no way to get space to sign a max FA without totally wiping out every little bit of talent that's on the roster.

what's happened to Felton's finishing this week? He's had a soft touch around the basket for over a month in a half, now he's back to his old form; awkward shots that always roll off the rim. His FG% has been great this season, but a couple more weeks of this garbage and it's going to go right back to 40.

also LB is overrated, we are playing a team that starts J. Howard and plays some D-league guy and they are running us out of the building because LB won't play the bench even though we have looked tired all night.
They have no center so we help them out by going small. Naz gets three shots all night

If we win, I don't care what his fg percentage is. He has played solid all year. He is 3 of 9 with 4 boards, 2 steals, 3 assists, and 2 turns. Game is not over. I think there are times when a part of an NBA player's game may be off. I don't know of one yet who has not had some bad games. I can say Raymond's bad games have been few this year.

Before the game, the Bobcats made a big, funny scene of paying tribute to their former teammate Juwan Howard. In Art Garcia's NBA.com piece recently it was noted that Howard is one of the most universally respected players in the league. The Bobcats certainly hold him in the highest regard. "What's up, old school?" point guard DJ Augustin shouted at Howard from across the court. "What's up, Pretty Boy?" Howard shouted back as the two came together for a pre-game hug. Howard also had some cracks for Augustin regarding his bright orange Jordans, as both players are Jordan Brand athletes. The icing on the cake came when Augustin imitated the screwball release on Howard's jumper, drawing laughter from at least 5 of his teammates, assembled media members and Howard himself. It was a spot-on rendition of Howard's over-the-head, herky-jerky flip release that has proven so accurate this season. The Blazers don't usually do a ton of pre-game fraternizing but, then again, many of them have been Blazers their entire careers. Not so for Howard obviously.
I guess DJ's nickname is "Pretty Boy"? :g:
I guess DJ's nickname is "Pretty Boy"? :g:
He better hope he never gets locked up.
And jeez, that was a bad game. Boris sucks ass, and gobobs needs to pass the spliff. Seriously, trade Jack and sign LeBron? That's dumb as shit.
...that was one of the "foulest smelling" fourth quarters I've seen in a long time...and Diaw is starting to kill us on both ends of the court...hard to play team defense 4-0n-5 for any team...
I don't know Diaws issue (other than that has been his career so far...sometimes I'm here...most of the time I'm not) but LB (despite his reluctance to do so) needs to start UPS, if nothing more than to shake Diaw out of his lethargy...
