Just to keep our current success in perspective and to show how far this franchise has come, I thought it would be fun to come up with the worst starting lineup in Bobcats history.
This will definitely make you thankful for what we have on the court this season.
My All-Time Worst.
PG - Kevin Burleson (basically earned his roster spot by being tight with JB Bickerstaff)
SG - Kareem Rush ( the softest player in the long and storied history of soft players )
SF - Bernard Robinson ( I still get ulcers thinking about that goofy assed spin move )
PF - Jamal Sampson ( 6 foot 11 inches of nothing... NOTHING!!!)
C - Primoz Brezac ( The Slovenian Butterfly )
And the mastermind on the bench:

I dare you to come up with a worse lineup that.
PG: Sean Singletary
SG: Burleson
SF: Linton Johnson
PF: Sampson
C: Andre Brown
Coach: Fine Ham Biscuit
Ziggy, how can you have Kareem and Primoz in that? Kareem once averaged over 10 ppg and Primoz was close! C'mon, man. I know they sucked, but not THAT bad.

Kareem and Primoz were horrific
I'd rather have a couple of D-Leaguers over those guys. I'm surprised you picked Singletary. I remember him being nothing special, but not necessarily awful.

Sure you would.
Lil Sean was soooo badddd he couldn't even get on the court. He played less than Lexy. And Lexy almost never played.

Primoz had 2 pretty good years. I can't keep him on the starting lineup for that reason. Here's mine.
PG: Kevin Burleson
SG: Tamar Slay
SF: Eric Williams
PF: Jahidi White
C: Othella Harrington

No love for Sean Burger King May in this htread. He is a lock.
Harrington to me wasnt a center. We have kind of a logjam on PF in this thread POV. Somebody should say it loud Adam Morrison is up to discussion to get a "honourable" mention.
I admitt I dont know guys from the very first season, I wasnt a fan yet.
Burleson (McInis was better and locked Fine Ham Biscuited out)
Rush/B.Robinson
E. Williams
May
Brezec - nobody else wanted to fistfight a mascot
Here's the thing that I'm sure many of us forget about May, when he did play early in career he was actually productive. Then he got hurt. Then he got fat. Then he couldn't get on the floor. I always wondered if May had not gotten hurt if his situation would have turned out better.
Ammo does get an honorable mention, but I remember clearly and episode of PTI his rookie season when they talked about his 26 point performance. Kornheiser was a believer and said he was going to be "the next larry bird" (LOL) while Wilbon didn't think too much of him. That 26 point performance was nice yes, but then somebody probably told him he sucked at shooting and he took it REAL personal.
ND...only quibble I have with what you say is "then he got fat"...he started getting fat the nano-second the ink was drying on the contract...then he started getting injured...
Problem with McMay was "conditioning" was not in his vocabulary...
Yeah I take it back, he was fat even in college.

An image search of "Sean May" can give you plenty of laughs.

I considered stats per season, May had some talent but was useless anyway. To me he is the worst thing we had on PF.
Ammo is another story, I was rooting for the guy, he had flashes of brilliance, bad luck with the injury and the whole story became very sad and I was sorry for him when it was merely a headcase and he couldn't help himself and the team couldn't help him as well. I didn't mention him with a pun intended, he is siplmy a symbol of unfilled expectations and he had series fo games when he was really bad, so he probably should be mentioned although the whole wastedp ick situations can't be blamed on him and he did nothing wrong to the team on purpose. His pick just didn't work out in the NBA.

C: Othella Harrington LOL. That's just about identical to mine. Only difference in mine is Lonny Baxter in place of Othella. But really, that's just different shades of crap...
Mosted hated is, of course, Kareempuff, but with honorable mention to Eddie House for being a complete dick and demanding a trade like what two weeks into the season of Year One?!?! Fuck you, man

I can't put May or Brezec on the list. Primoz was good in our first season. He did evolve into one of the worst players ever, but even at his worst he wasn't much worse than Diop, my all time least favorite Bobcat. Primoz couldn't catch a pass, pick up a loose ball or hit a shot in his final season here, and that's basically the consistent game of Diop. Diop will NEVER have half as good of a season as Primoz and he's getting paid almost 3 times as much, so that really hurts. Plus, I thought Primoz was entertaining when he got frustrated in his last season. His fits gave me something to laugh at while watching us get blasted. With May I don't think it was the conditioning so much as it was getting stiff from being on crutches so long and losing his timing. He can't do anything anymore and I don't think it has a thing to do with conditioning. When you see him play now, and also last season, he just seems goofy and awkward whereas he used to have a pretty smooth game for a big guy. Before he killed his knee he looked like he was going to be an 18 and 10 guy.
That said, here's the team
PG- Jeff McInnis
SG- Kareem Rush
SF- Bernard Robinson
PF- Jamal Sampson
C- Gana Diop

that was supposed to be two separate paragraphs and the team was supposed to be listed vertically with each player having it's own line. I tried to edit it and it didn't work. Doesn't look like anyone else is having this problem, nor did I have it last time I posted.

Oh Lonny Baxter... He might knock May out of my all-worst starting lineup. He was in Charlotte just a few month and then fired a gun near the White House. Arenas would like him (although he might be shot in the end).
