CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte Bobcats (http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/clubhouse?team=cha) starting center Nazr Mohammed (http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/players/profile?playerId=568) sat out the latest practice because of lingering back spasms, but is hopeful to play against Cleveland.
Mohammed was limited in the second half of Tuesday's loss to New Jersey. He said after Wednesday's practice that it's been a lingering problem, but his plan is to play against the Cavaliers on Friday.
Fellow center Tyson Chandler (http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/players/profile?playerId=984) also sat out practice as he slowly works his way back from a foot injury.
Reserve big man DeSagana Diop (http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/players/profile?playerId=992) missed the workout because of a bruised right knee.
Coach Larry Brown huddled with general manager Rod Higgins at the end of practice as the team contemplates making a trade before Thursday's deadline.

We need a new training staff

I talked to Tyson last night. I noticed him grimacing during the game. He just said he was getting really frustrated and this season has been really tough on him because of his foot and he just said hes gonna keep fighting. I'm really worried that Tyson may be nearing this end of his career because of this dad gum foot. He's a pretty cool dude.

Well, at least we've always got this line:

Felton
Flip
Jax
Wallace
Doris

We need to make a trade. Not only do they suck, they physically cannot play.....just great. (Nazr is the only exception as far as sucking goes.......)

I find it rather comical that Gana missed practice due to a "bruised right knee," as it was that very knee that dug deep into Felton's back at one point last night.

This just proves my theory ... Raymond is the league's true superman, he's made entirely of steel.
