I would say either photoshopped, or a really BAD breast enlargement (since her boobs look completely improportional to her body).You can see the chick's ribs if you look closely and hence, either photoshopped or breast enlargement.

I suppose there could be a disease where all your fat goes to your boobies if your a chick. I dunno. There apparently is a disease to turn a black man into a white man, why not this one.

If it was contagious, then women around the world wouldn't need plastic surgery. Then the industry would survive on botoxing Cher's face until she looks like a cow...oh wait too late.

As for transmitted, perhaps it's a mutation. Who knows.
