It's on the homepage of NBA.com. Barkley basically said that Gerald needs to pick his play up and he is correct. Gerald's as well as Jack's production have been down (Gerald hasn't been scoring, Jack has just been making incredibly bone-headed decisions) Maybe this is a start of a little wake up call? The entire team needs to pick it up but Gerald is our guy..our leader. He HAS to improve his play as does everyone else NOW or it is going to be too late.

You can see the future with most likely UPS starting. If not, they'll move Jax to the 3 and shove Graham (unlikely to be Hendo) at the 2.

Piggybacking a Crash thread...
Phil got chance to huddle privately w/Michael Jordan (http://topics.ocregister.com/topic/Michael_Jordan) postgame before. Kobe spent quality time w/buddy Gerald Wallace (http://topics.ocregister.com/topic/Gerald_Wallace).

When the players went to half court for the 1st jump ball to start the game I noticed Kobe shaking hands with all our players, but he and Crash did a full on bear hug.
How'd they become buds I wonder? ASB?

Gerald Wallace seems to get on everyone's good side.

I think the minutes are starting to add up on Jackson and Wallace. We depend on them for atleast 65 % of our points, assists, rebounds, steals, blocks. Basically those two do everything and there's going to be a drop off over 82 games. LB needs to play UPS more and not run Crash 24/7. Wallace may be a basketball Terminator but all machines break down. I would also like to see more of Tyrus and much much less of Doris
'Kat...I'm glad to see Doris playing better since TT arrived...gives me hope that he (Doris) increases his trade value and we can get rid of him...

Maybe back when Gerald was with the Kings and was in the Dunk Contest, he and Kobe became friends there? And they grew close since the were both in Cali and in the same division? Heck if I know. How Ray and Jack became good friends before the trade is a better question.

teej...I thought they worked together at a player "camp" of some sort...best I can do but I thought Bonnell had something about it shortly after Jax got here...

Ok, that's cool. You're probably right, I just missed that or forgot.
