Charlotte Bobcats at Philadelphia 76ers 3/10

It will be interesting to see how we come out tonight after such an emotionally charged game last night. Hell, it hasn't been 24 hours.

The Sixers, though, are coming off a loss to the Pacers WITHOUT Danny Granger in the lineup. Not exactly peaking.

Vegas has us as a 1 point favorite (as opposed to a 3 point fave last night) so they're anticipating an even closer game than against the Heat.

On a side note, I'm starting to think DJ could be the longterm answer to our PG problem. I love Ray Ray, but DJ seems to be developing under LB. Go Cats!

All and all this was a good game and our Bobcats are getting back to the way they played for a fairly long stretch before New Years.

Heck, 3 of Felton's shot came on that one possession underneath the goal! But yeah, he and Jax didn't shoot all that efficiently.

TC has really made his presence felt these last couple of games. Not that I'm looking forward to Orlando, but I think we'll fare better against both them and the Clips with TC back.

If everybody on our starting lineup has a on night they will really kick some ass. That will most likely have to happen to beat the top tier teams late in this season.

Things I noticed from the box score:

-TC played...good. 10 points, 5 rebounds in only 15 minutes. Play like that more often!!!

- Hendo is getting more burn. Maybe I missed something, but I'm glad to see LB is putting him in more.

-TT continues to be a nice player off the bench. Has he had a bad game since coming here?

-DJ looks like he might be getting out of his slump. Hopefully he continues this.

Overall the bench played well, and I'm hoping this is the start of another strong month. Quietly we have won 4 games in a row.

Solid game, I think the fourth showed we can't be trusted with a lead though.

Tyson, 12 points and 5 boards in 15 minutes, I think he's finally healthy. We might not need to trade him next year.

Would've liked to see Crash rest more with like a 27 point lead, but 38 minutes is better than 48.

And Ziggy, Katy's donk might be bigger than Boris's :biggrin:

Great win. It was good to get another win.

Points to note:
-Crash with amazing efficiency tonight.
-Auggie is continuing to pull out of his slump. Showed some good passing there. His drive through the middle and the finish was sweet.
-TC is looking like hes 21, lets hope he's FINALLY healthy.
-Diaw passed on several shots (like always) but when he shot they were generally good looks.
-Burn for UPS and Hendo
-38 mins for Crash and Jax. Down from their season average of 43 or so. Hopefully should help.
-TT continuing to be solid. I love having him come off the bench, its great for this team. If he stays on, wouldn't be surprised if he's our starter in 1-2 years. Amusing that TT scored 6 straight in the 4th in dead time. S
-Slumping in the 4th, but that was okay. Maybe should of put the bench guys in earlier since we had pretty much won it.

Missed the game, but caught the highlights. Looked like Bobcats dominated in the first quarter. Nice to see Crash and Jaxs getting a reduction in minutes (down to 39) and seeing the bench to continue to get more time. After a great game it looked like Ray had his down game, hopefully he's back next game. Jax and Crash both played very among the starters as they both scored 24 or more. Diaw must have played well as he went 5-5 from the field. Thomas scored more towards the end of the game, but 10 points 5 rebounds 3 assists 2 steals and a block is a great game all the way around. And then you have Tyson Chandler who I am loving off the bench. I'm not sure how many would agree with me, but I think Ratliff should continue to start til Nazr gets back and just let Chandler bring his energy off the bench. Augustin also played well.


Overall it looks like we a great game from quite a few players on our teams. Still turning the ball over way too much, but wins are what we need to get into the playoffs so we did our part. Hopefully Chicago continues to lose and toronto as well
