100,000 forum posts and we have yet to be sued!!!

Congratulations Everyone, BobcatsPlanet forum has reached a huge milestone this evening by passing the 100,000 post mark! To put this in perspective, that amounts to:


1 post for every calorie that Sean May digests during the course of an average day.
1 post for every time that Primoz Brezec was mercilessly teabagged and posterized in a SportsCenter highlight.

At this time I would like thank those that were critical to our forums success, our members. Without some of these guys, our forum would have never made it
Teej, dnbman, keetch, Sweed, CarolinaKat, Amour217, Spectre, Slam, BRNC, TheBeagle, Ammofan, Chef, Mustachio, AmpSportsDuo, BigCatbobcat, Ohara, Along13, Muttley, TattoodCat, WarioVsmooChicken, tamburello, x2pacalypse,bibg, dav7z and the list goes on and on.
Without these guys (and too many others to possibly name) we would have missed out on some seriously amazing and hilarious debates such as:


The Fine Ham Biscuit Chronicles
The Slovenian Butterfly
The Sam Vincent photoshop thread
The Seemingly Prophetic TossedSaladMan Saga
The accidental angering of everyone's favorite ladycat
Draft night suicide pacts
all the way to CarolinaKat's excellent idea to declare war against the moon (Silly Moon, we don't need your light anymore. Useless Moon.)

Without the insanity that these guys bring on a daily basis, BobcatsPlanet would not be BobcatsPlanet... And for this I say THANK YOU!!!!!!!

What I wanna know is, when you started this site, did you have any idea it would turn into what it has?

when I started it, I had absolutely no idea that it would get this big or be this much fun. I can log in after a rough day at work, and I can always find something that gives me a good laugh, that makes it all worth it :biggrin:

To this day, I still laugh whenever I think about the invasion of the japanese hookers, and the proposed suicide pact if we didn't get Terence Williams in last year's draft chat,

Congratulations to everyone that got this place going, I ran my own message board back in the day so I know the time it takes to make one successful. I have to say this whole place has been a lot of fun, and I wish I had joined much sooner, (especially during the Ham Biscuit year).

So I am going to make a toast (with the beer that I don't have), to many more successful years of BCP and of course the Bobcats.

I'd also like to thank everyone for making this such a wonderful place to be. I never knew that many Bobcats fans until I found BCP. Now I have to get on here daily. Its excellent for news, discussion, humor, and trades we will never complete unless one of us become general managers and the rest of us poison the minds of the rest of the GMs in the league. Being part of the BCP family has been amazing and I'm grateful to all those that have made this place the BEST bobcats forum around.

Amen! I still remember, when I signed up, I was having trouble getting my info to go through. Don't know if it was my sorry laptop at the time or what, but it just wouldn't go through, so I contacted ziggy, and within a couple hours he sent me an email apologizing and asking what I'd like my screen name to be and that he'd set it all up....and of course he did.

I had no idea how great of a community this would be, but from that simple gesture by zig, I knew this was the place to be for me!

Amidst the jubilation and the high spirits of our very likely first playoff berth, all I can think of is how my username got mistyped in the opening post. :biggrin:

I lurked for the most part all last year and around the end of the season signed up and I've been glad I have ever since. You guys have given me somthing to laugh at when i'm bored out of my mind in class (not to mention a working game site too:D)plus a place to really get me exited about the bobcats and to that I say kudos ziggy
