I really do love his game a lot and I was wondering what it will take to get him as a Bobcat during the offseason. I noticed that him and Flip don't get along so maybe bring him to Charlotte will straighten him out by LB. Maybe we could trade Chandler, Hughes and a 2nd round pick. (Maybe that's too much but can anyone think of an idea?)

he is a trouble player. too good not to play but bad enough behaved that you have to sit him or risk more behavior issues from other players.

He's been called the laziest player by his teammates every place he's been. Why would we want to sign him?

I'd be worried about giving anything up to get him. He's very talented and has the skills to be a premier player but clearly doesn't know how to utilize those skills correctly. What's worse is that he doesn't seem even remotely interested in listening to those that can help him do just that. I know LB has a good record with "trouble" players, but that "trouble" is usually with attitude, not a player's lack of interest in being the best they can be. I really see that in Blatche right now.

Meh, it was pretty much a suggestion. This topic can be closed now.

I'd do it if we gave up nothing. But really, is he not what Tyrus is already? A talented big man who's issue is in his head? Except, as noted, he's much less likely to change than Tyrus.

I think Tyrus is just a bit emotional at times. He is the guy that picks up the frustration foul after he messes up a play. Blantche seems to be all about himself. As soon as he starts playing well he complains about how he is underpaid.

I like Tyrus a lot better. He is already comfortable on D and just needs to grow his offense. I will take that over a big who loves to shoot but doesn't rebound any day. I think Diaw is also a lot better.

They already tried to dump him on us straight up for DJ, and we said no.
He has a really big ego, doesnt really respect coaches, and if i remember correctly was arrested for solicitating sex from an undercover cop in a prostitution sting. I know we have Tyrus and Jack, but this guy is just TOO much.

But you cant deny talent if you can get it at the right price. The only things i would give for him is either something along the lines of a conditional 2015 2nd round pick OR Diop's giant contract.

He is not what the Bobcats need, period. They need a dominant interior scorer who is only an interior scorer, rebounder, and shot blocker.

They don't need this scrub.

The players called him the laziest player they have ever seen.

Besides, it is extremely difficult to trade for such underpaid players. If Wizards would like to move him, they would look for either assets with rookie contacts and multiple draft picks or dumping salary. Actually all they have now is rookie contracts and Arenas' contract, so the latter looks unlikely, but former is the one I expect them to go after.
