This is fantastic!!!! I just hope that does not give the Bobcats a reason to take the rest of the season off. I know it is nice to have guys rested but I think there is something to be said for going to the playoffs on a high note. That being said, Larry Brown has been to the Finals three times and won a championship one of those times so I will have to say ILBIT!!

If our Bobcats get swept I can deal with it but I will be disappointed because I do think this team as it is has the potential to make some noise in the post season.

Maybe that was just for season ticket holders but My tickets cost the same per game as they did for the regular season. They did raise the second round prices 5%.

My rep said i would be charged by the game to my card automaticly. I just got up graded and the up graded seats would be my playoff seats. Like I wrote on the game thread, I was so worn out from the game that clinched it for us, I didn't have the energy to even celebrate it....just relief and then I passed out. I have a feeling sometime tomorrow I'm just going to pop up scream to the high heavens, "OMG, we made the PLAYOOOOOOOOOOOOOOFFFFFS!!!!!!!!!"

Just a little anecdote: I've always kept this newsclipping on my computer desk of the Bobcats first ever win streak, a game I still remember and am sure some of y'all do too, a 101-100 OT win against HOU in December '04. I look at this now, and it just blows my mind what and who we fans have seen come and go, ups and downs, mostly downs, but mostly how everything that's happened since that OT game (and before) has led to this moment. It really is tough to put in words what this means...

Have to say, for all the poor play DJ has had over the season, and he had been rather disappointing, he was awesome last night. When no one else could hit a shot and NO took the lead, I thought it was over. But that man came through HUGE last night in a major moment. I am really hoing that last night was a major turning point in his career and maybe his cofidence is now going to snowball.

well from what I can remember theres always one series played on NBATV while the rest are played on tnt/abc/espn etc. at least i think so..

edit: and if miami overtakes milwaukee and the series are bucks/celtics and heat/hawks i don't know if we beat either of those series..

From everything I've read, people have locked in their seats at current price. Thus, you should be able to sit where Robertpel9 has for just $25-$30.

Just got 5 tickets for each of the first two home games in round 1. Section 216 row A4, for the same price I paid for under the partial plan I bought this year.

Seems that making the playoffs has started a real "buzz" - nay, "purr" - around Charlotte. That arena better be LOUD.
