Yeah, I haven't gotten and email, seen any posts on FB or twitter for the link.

Fred Whitfield on WFNZ this morning said the link was already sent, but I haven't any on any of the social media outlets.

GOT MY TICKETS BABY!

Section 116, high row, but I'm lower level! :funkybanana:Only $50 each!

Email said the first home game (3rd in the series) would be Tue 4/20 or Wed 4/21. Last year the first round 3rd games were like Thu/Fri/Sat that week. So we'll see when the date is.

LadyCats how did you get yours. Are you a season ticket holder?

I might wait to find out the dates for the games. I wonder when we will know.

Morning Bobcat Fans!!

The Bobcats are primed and poised for their first ever playoff run this Season and as a current group purchaser, you have the first opportunity to secure your priority for the first round games. As a preferred Bobcats fan, I wanted to give you the first opportunity to purchase Playoff tickets before they go on sale to the general public.

Please click on the picture or the link below to purchase your playoff tickets. Game “A” will be the first home game and Game “B” will be the second home game. Please disregard Game “C’ and Game “D”. Game ‘A’ will tentatively be either Tuesday, April 20th or Wednesday, April 21st. Game “B” will tentatively be either Friday, April 23rd or Saturday, April 24th. In the next few weeks, the playoffs will have firm playoff dates and opponents.

I'm not a STH, but I get the Bobcats emails. You have to login to TM or create an account.

It doesn't seem like there are many ticket types available. Also, the LL Corners ($50 seats) seem to be sold out.

When I log into the Season Ticket Holder part to buy tickets, it shows most of the lower level (except club) are sold out. I then go into the Ticketmaster piece and the tickets are available. We get the season ticket holder price is we buy it our normal way. They only make you buy those seats via Ticketmaster which has the increased price. I know they are trying to make money, but this is crap.

I finally got the email around noon today which is funny because it's dated at around 11 last night. Dunno what that's about.

Damn bfer, you aren't lying.

I'm glad I bought some extras yesterday. Got 103 row Q for $50 each. Can't get anything downstairs except club seats through the season ticket holder service at this point.

If you go through ticketmaster you can get some decent seats downstairs but it looks like the prices are hiked up big time.

Clearly a sign you need to move to Charlotte. More Bobcats on TV, more in person and better interwebs. Plus you can bump into a Lady Cat at Harris Teeter and hope she's shopping from only the top and bottom shelves.

When you say "at this point" the assumption is that there was a point in time in which you could get a decent selection of seats at the current ST rates. If this is so, how the hell did one go about that? I swear, I wanted to get on top of this and contacted my "rep" two weeks ago so I wouldn't have to go through this rigamarole, but he gave me some vague email about wanting to talk about it on the phone. I miss a call; call back a couple days later, he doesn't call back, and hasn't responded to my latest email. I swear, if I missed out on the handicapped seats in 102/103 I was wanting to get because of this moron......:paddle:

I just jumped online and purchased them as soon as I got the email about extra tickets being available to purchase for season ticket holders. I believe I announced it on here as well. I also called my rep and he got back with me about 30 minutes later but I had already gotten what I wanted by then.

Beagle this may be a dumb question but do you have to have a handicap to buy the handicapped seats? I've seen people sitting in them that didn't seem to be and always wondered about it.

I talked to my ticket rep and she told me we all have to use "ticket master" since the sales office could not process the volume...I hate ticket master but I bought tickets for the first two games...close enough to my regular seats...oh well...just glad to be going...:)

you know, that's a good question, and one i've kinda wondered about too. when my handicapped cousin comes to games with me, they're usually cool and just switch my regular STs for handicap accessible ones, and more often than not there's regular dudes who have no perceivable handicap at all. maybe since security is a tad lax in that area, they just sit there hoping nobody will notice .....which nobody does.
i emailed MT about the problem....i'll post what i find out.

Panthers have never asked for proof on Handicap seats. Security there never stops people from sitting in them either.

BRNC I don;t understand this at all . I have all ready got ALL my playoff tickets through the finals in the mail . Its pay as you play coming straight from my card. Game 1 ,abc Game 2 abc , ect,
CHABBER section 103 row q the regular season price for that seat is 50 dollars back to row T , So thats a good price. I won't be but a few rows behind ya in the same section . Im in row W the 25 dollar seat.
BEAGLE remember last year when i was in 214 handycap seats, Though i have a lot of physical problems it wasn;t any requirements to get those season seats. A lot of people set in them thet had no problem.
Beagle your rep needs to step up you not a season ticket holder for nothing. Has he not tried to get you to upgrade to the 25 dollar seats with free parking or nothing? Any lower level seat next season comes with free parking. I know you have been a STH for a few years now , He should treat you better.

dav...I was kinda baffled by the whole process...what my rep told me (three weeks ago) and what they ended up doing was completely different...the email link I received was ticket master...I called my rep and she told me that's where I had to order them...I should have tried the season ticket services first (Bobcats website) but I forgot about it...I'm kinda irritated because it did not work the way I was initially told and I hate ticket master...:mad::confused:
