Charlotte Bobcats @ Houston Rockets 4/9

After clinching their first playoffs appearance, Bobcats now have the chance to get some rest for their players but still compete. The Bobcats have to deal with Super Scola, Tough defender Battier, up and coming star point guard Aaron brooks and scorer Kevin Martin. It'll be a tough match up for us.

I personally think that we shouldn't try and go full out for the win. These games decide seeding sure, but its more in the post-season I would prefer to make a splash.

My predicted rotations (roughly):
Starting 5:
Tonberry: 30 mins
Cpt. Jack: 25 mins
Crash: 25 mins
Diaw: 30 mins
TC: 30 mins.

Really need to rest Crash and Jax. They both are exhausted and carrying some pretty bad injuries.

After that, I would like to see Hendo+UPS get some burn (10 mins atleast) as well as Graham and Hughes. Nazzy should see some burn also.

I predict a loss (since we SHOULDN'T be playing HC with our starters)

We just need one more victory (or the Bulls/Raps both have to lose 1) to lock up the 7th seed. I see virtually no way we catch Miami or Milwaukee so it'd be very shortsighted to go all in in a few meaningless games.

I would say something utterly awesome and intelligent and rebuke you, but it's not worth my time or effort. All i'll say is that you're entitled to your opinion and that its called "multiple firefox tabs, advertisment breaks, multitasking, poise, balance, and pure skill"

In the early days I used to post in game threads a lot; heck during the 1st 2 years Slam and I pretty much kept each other company as no one else was posting.

Now I don't post so much in game threads as I do want to put my main focus on the game, but since no one in my household is as rabid a Bobcats' fan as I am it's great to know I can come in here and either celebrate or commiserate with fans with like minds.

And there's always time outs, halftime, etc.

Benching Jack is a good or bad move depending on how the dirty Mil does. If they lose tonight, we have a decent shot at 6. If not, it's over.

Yeah, but it's only technically. Miami won't lose out and I bet Crash gets the next night off. That shoulder must really be bothering him; he stunk up the court tonight offensively.

Personally I wouldn't mind if both got the next game off, played around 15 in the 2nd game and around 30 vs. the Bulls. Get them good and healed up.
