Bobcats fan article in tomorrrow's paper

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up...there will be a story running (I was told front page unless some world event happens) about the hardcore bobcats fans.

The photographer just left my home and I'm fairly excited because 3 other photographers have taken pictures for this article but most likely me (well my arm) will be the main picture :)

So uhm, buy the paper tomorrow :)

Good to see our local paper is finally getting their shit together. This should've been done years ago. We got alot of diehards who've been supporting us for a long time, even when we werent winning who deserve to be recognized. Wow man great article... thanks for helping with it...
it actually made me kind of emotional lol... i live about 45 minutes from charlotte... but i remember when my dad took me to hornets games growing up and when the bobcats first came i supported them but not really i hated the name i hated the orange and i hated the losing... so i really just jumped on the bandwagon at the beginning of last season.

but man i love this team and their success feels like my success.

PS. i had surgery today and am on pain medication maybe that's why im all mushy and shit.

This is what happens when you try to make a letter out of alphabet soup. Letters crafted in that manner are usually recieved with the gravitas they deserve.

That out of the way, I'm thrilled for Ziggy and TattoodCat to be in the article and for all long-time Bobcats fans in general. I (and most everyone here, I imagine) have experienced much of the things mentioned, mainly be looked at like an alien when I would mention I'm a STH. I think the sub-headline said it best, though: "Welcome aboard. What took you so long?"

Great job guys... Great article. I'm so excited man, I expect to see the arena packed for the playoffs and to continue through next season (after we make it to the eastern conference finals lol).

We are well on our way now, and it's been overdue. This team has had my support from day one, and I'm stoked that others are starting to see the light. We'll take all we can get.
