not his call. it's up to the nba, it's tv partners and fox sports carolinas who own exclusive rights to broadcast bobcats games(as well as your cable or sat provider)

Fox Sports won't be broadcasting the playoff games so none should be blacked out. The only way you could possibly not see them is if you don't have NBA-TV, ESPN or TNT.

Remember last year they took sportscasters from all the teams and put them to doing the playoff teams. Devlin did it one year and I think Steph has done it multiple years.
