Figured it'd be cool - since ammofan posted one - to make sure y'all know what Stack Jack typically does come playoff time.

Several other Jack mixes on my YouTube channel, but this one is probably 50% playoffs so it's relevant right now. (It's a 2002-03 to 2006-07 mix).

Ain't no time like playoff time, that's for damn sure.

A lot of, uh, interesting, sources. I even imported some game footage, lol.

You know how it is dealing with the non-superstar players (well, basically LBJ, Kobe, and Wade) in terms mix footage. You've basically got to do it all yourself because nobody else is going to.

Great video man.
Hopefully Cpt. Jack can make love to pressure in our playoff series.

I am pumped for the Bobcats being a playoff team but as far how competitive the Bobcats are against the Magic I really have some doubts. My gut says the Magic wins in 6 with all games being hard fought and close. However based on how the Bobcats seemed to be in cruise control the last two weeks of the regular season it seems they will get blown away in four stright games. Orlando started hitting their stride in the time the Bobcats seemed uninspired. We shall see what we shall see.

If we were playing anybody but the Magic I would say we have a punchers chance of winning the series. I just don't think we matchup well against them. Sure we can keep throwing bodies at Howard but can't stop him. My gut says we lose 4-1, winning game 3. Hopefully I'm wrong and it goes the distance, if it does it's anybody's game.

NBA At 2: Strong First Showing - Bill Ingram (Hoopsworld) (http://www.hoopsworld.com/Story.asp?story_id=15991)

All season we've talked about what an incredible impact Stephen Jackson has had on the Bobcats franchise, and last night was no different. He hyper-extended his knee and kept playing - and playing well - and even complained loudly when head coach Larry Brown wouldn't put him back in. He finished with 18 points and nine rebounds, and despite a poor shooting night he led the right to come back and refused to let his teammates surrender. He's been the Bobcats' leader since the day he arrived, a tribute to both Jackson and his teammates.

"It's been a blessing," Jackson said of his time in Charlotte on a recent ESPN Radio broadcast (http://sportsradiointerviews.com/2010/04/16/could-stephen-jackson-lead-the-upstart-bobcats-past-the-magic-in-round-one/). "Making the adjustment was easy, being in the NBA so long, it's easy to adjust to another team with a lot of professional athletes. I think the biggest thing was trying to get on the same page with this team, and showing them the big picture that it's about getting to the playoffs and going to the next level. And the good thing about it is everybody embraced it."

Jackson's previous playoff experience - including a championship with the San Antonio Spurs and a huge upset over the Dallas Mavericks as a member of the Golden State Warriors - has been particularly valuable has he's helped get his team ready for the challenge of playoff basketball.

"It helps a lot because I can prepare them and help them get prepared along with the coaches to where we have to get. It's the playoffs, every possession counts, it's going to be extremely loud in the arena so you're not going to be able to hear your teammates or coaches. So just the experience to let them know that at the same time it's going to be a different environment, but it's going to be winnable every game. It's not about 1 or 8, 2 or 7, it's not about what seed you are, it's about who's the best team in that series. That's what we need to be focused on."

It's no surprise to Larry Brown that Jackson has had the impact he's had on the Bobcats. Picture Hannibal Smith, chewing on a cigar, quoting his favorite line: "I love it when a plan comes together."

"He did his homework," Jackson says of Brown. "He called Gregg Popovich and Don Nelson and got some info on me. But at the end of the day, I think he knew I love playing this game, and he knew I'd do anything for my teammates and my coaches, and that's all he really wants from a player. ... He's been great, I've been blessed to play for some great coaches in my career. Him, Don Nelson, Mike Brown, Rick Carlisle, great coaches. But Larry Brown, he's an old school guy. He wants to do things the old school way and I respect that. It's hard to win and all he wants is for us to be the best that we can be. That's all you want from a coach, and he's definitely getting it out of us right now."

If the Bobcats can start Game 2 of their series the way they finished Game 1, this could turn out to be a very intriguing first round match-up. Perhaps more intriguing than the Magic would like.
