Part 3. The Wrap: NBA Head Coaches: From where do they come?Currently, there are five NBA Head Coaching positions open. There is speculation that a sixth, the Atlanta Hawks, might also open. There is also speculation that Mike Brown, Cleveland Cavaliers, could lose his job if the Cavs fail to win a chapionship this year.
