They want us to take Iggy for Nazr and TT, they are out their minds.
Now, Diop + Diaw works for Iggy and Holiday ;)
One move that could work would be the Sixers sending Iggy to Larry Brown’s Charlotte Bobcats for Nazr Mohammed and Tyrus Thomas. After looking on www.hoopshype.com (http://hoopshype.com/), it appears that the salaries would work.
In order for this to work, however, the Bobcats would have to extend a qualifying offer to Thomas for next season.
If the Sixers were to pull off a trade like that, it would free up another $12 million for 2011-12, giving Philly over $35 million in cap space.
That'd give us a way to move Jack for a big man, but I'm not sure I like Iggy's contract for his production and the role he'd have.

Nazzy and TT?
I don't think so.
Diop and TT, then yes.
I suppose after that, we would shop Cpt. Jack around, and then chuck Iggy at the 2.
Iggy at 2, Wallace at the 3. But then, I'm not to sure on Iggy coming to Charlotte. Cpt. Jack can carry a team. Can Iggy carry a team? I don't think he can, but that's just me.

I don't want Iggy on this team. Sure he's a fantastic player and I like him, but we need guys who can score and shoot from outside. We already have enough athletic wings on this team.

I REALLY like Iggy but I hate his contract. If Jax was going out plus some more salary I might could stomach it, but as it is we'd be way overstacked on the wings and be forced to make another move. Since Jax (IMO) has no value I'm afraid it'd make us move Crash...and I'd rather have Crash over Iggy.
Wonder if Cleveland would still want Jax?
Tat...great idea on the "other teams" thread.

Completely agree. In terms of value:
1. Crash and Iggy
2. Crash and Jack
3. Iggy and Jack
I'd only trade for Iggy if it meant moving Jack somewhere, like Minnesota, for a big. We don't have room for all three so I don't see how it'd work otherwise.
Yeah, I'd take Iggy, we'd be getting him in the prime of his career. Then we could possibly trade Jack and Boris for Al Jefferson giving us a lineup (assuming felton comes back):
Felton
Iggy
Wallace
Jefferson
Mohammed/Chandler
That has improvement written all over it.

That is a kickass team! Heh, and that starting 5 would cost around 60 million! We'd still have to lose someone.
Something that has me intrigued...Gomes' contract is a little over 4 million next year, but he's only guaranteed 1 million if he's cut by June 30. Maybe add in Nazr for Gomes if the deal could be completed before July 1st? That could save us about 5-6 million.
Thing I like about Iggy over Jax is that he's a very good passer...it's not just that he thinks he is.

Still nobody that can shoot.
I don't see how Iggy helps our outside shooting woes...and I like Jack better on his contract than Iggy on his...

What about
Felton

Wallace

Crash would miss at least 15 games...
If you alternated the middle three between the 2, 3, and 4, it'd be ok for the regular season, but the moment we face a team with two bigs, we'd be screwed. That lineup is almost identical to how the Hawks work...and we saw how that turned out
