It's not the end of the world. Be patient and let's wait and see what happens when the dust settles and we have some legit sources and numbers. All i know is we were near luxury tax as a #7 or #8 playoff team, so obviously it wasn't working. We needed change. I was mad at first but I had false hopes we had enough. We still have a lot of work to do, and hopefully we are better off once everything is official.

it's alot to roll the dice on pg wise. jose is it for 3 years now when we could have suffered through a half season of tj ford and had over 26 million in expirings between nazr, tc, tj. or we could have used his 8 mil + tc or nazr for something else now. hope it works.

Even with 26 million in cap space who wants to play in Charlotte? A big maybe would have been CP3. But look at what happened in NY with clearing all the cap space I like that the front office is dealing now it shows they are interested in putting out an entertaining team for us Bobcat fans to watch.I hate to say it but we are at the mercy of the lottery balls the way the NBA is set up right now.

every trade under the brown regime has made us better(short term atleast) even if we didn't like them at the time, this deal leaves with enough room under the lux tax limit to add so more pieces and most of our contracts are up in2 to 3 years when we will have better idea how thw new cba will effect us. either way we have close to 12 million coming off the books next year and maybe more if we get one of toronto's trade exceptions

I hate to say it but we are at the mercy of the lottery balls the way the NBA is set up right now.

i think if we were to sit down and really go over the eastern conference many teams on paper would look to be at the mercy of the lottery balls but i believe this team is shaping up to at least make the playoffs. it might be a first round exit again based off of where we get seeded but this is a strong defensive team that is still getting better together. remember when we got jackson, we were a losing team with him we were a winning team so i think having him for the whole season makes us a playoff team again

Being the bandwagon guy I am, I just have to say I'm totally out, MJ just totally tore up the team being he traded an 18 million dollar guy who could probably come in second to sean may at an eating competition (as long as they give him wine) and 12 million expiring contract for a damn point guard who can talk to my landscapers better than he can talk to me and some cap room and oh dont forget the body who will keep the bench toasty down by Diop. I would be 100% on board with giving fabio a contract! It looks like from his wikipedia page that he's available (hasnt played since 2009 tho, so he might not be in super shape). That would give us a good 3/4 to work with.
