I'd take Allen Iverson before I'd take Rudy Fernandez.

LOL, I actually like Rudy as a player. Allen Iverson on the other hand... not so much.

He is on the wrong side of 35, lost at least 2 steps and he isn't what you would consider a "team" guy. I'll pass.

Rudy is the polar opposite of Diaw. I wonder how those two would interact.

If Rudy couldn't jump so high and run so fast, Diaw might eat him.

It's too bad that Rudy doesn't even want to play in the NBA, and refuses to even communicate with his team. I like his game, I don't like how he's d-bagging it up.

It's too bad he can't play point guard, or we couldn't get Sergio Rodriguez for a box of rocks and give him a chance. SOMEBODY with starting caliber potential.

Rudy is a grade A douche bag. I don't want that punk anywhere near Charlotte.

Portland did a really, really bad job of handling the situation. Rudy played the role of good team player for 2 years... can't blame him for being upset.

I agree. I think he'd be a great asset to have on the Cats. I think as he matures, he will prove to be a solid scoring threat. And goodness knows the Cats can use some scoring help.

Can Rudy play any point at all. Is he a combo guard or just a two. He could spread the floor for Wallace and T Time.

Rudy is 6'6, and listed as a SG. Not sure if he has the ball handling skills to be considered a combo guard.

if we did get him, we'd have to see if he can start. if he can, we need to try and move jax. if not we will have problems of jax or rudy not happy. so, we should only try and get him if we think he will start and we can move jax.

I think he would be a nice fit he could play the role flip and hughes played last year, idk much about him except he's young has great scoring ability and can lite it up outside and he has descent play making skillz. :g:I think him and jack could play together nicely with wallace and tt because with both of them on the court you can really spread the floor on the wings and open up the post b/c i think thats going to be our biggest struggle is trying to keep other teams from collapsing in the paint. IDK though i wonder what it would take to pry him away(might get him cheap like we did jack) Charlotte Bobcats = land of misfits

What do you guys think it would take to get him? How does portland see him?

Here's a link to some highlights of his lastyear, he moves without the ball well also and not to shabby of a passer and can hit a shot when it counts...

If we can get him cheap I say do it.
