Question #1 - How does ATDHE.net manage to survive without getting sued?

Not that I'm complaining about them at all, but it seems like the WWE, TNA, Boxing or some other company that makes their money off of pay per views would have sued them into oblivion by now.

How have they managed to survive?

Europeans have a whole different set of rules about TV and copyrights of broadcast information.
Switzerland just recently announced that it is an illegal invasion of privacy to actively track back the IP address of an internet user for any reason. So there will be no way to track down file share sites with out breaking the law your self. ;)
In France it is NOT illegal to own a box that steals satellite TV, because the TV companies are the ones broadcasting the signal onto your property. (it is still illegal to produce or sell such boxes)

Well that explains it. If they were in they were based in the U.S. they would probably be spending some quality time in prison with this dude as their new roomate.
