Kenny Thomas?

Wasn't there some interest in him in the last couple of years sometime??? I think because of the LB connection, there was some talk of us possibly bringing him in when he was with Sacramento but I think it fell apart b/c he was used as a piece in a trade or something IIRC...

Anyway, the Grizzlies just waived him, so he';s available now. He's got career averages of about 6+ rpg and 9+ ppg. If I'm not mistaken, he's an undersized PF with a little bit of a mid-range game. I think he's about 33 now... Anyone think he could help us up front? I personally think it wouldn't hurt, I just don't know who we would cut for him with limited roster space...

And honestly, from what I've seen/heard of Matt Rogers, I would probably prefer to keep him as our big man with an extra roster spot b/c Thomas is older and limited and I'd like for Rogers to have a chance to develop and he could end up being better than Thomas ever was... But we know LB loves his vets... What do you guys think?

I think he would be a decent bench guy if none of our guys pan out in camp i think i would pick him up if boris is going to be traded. Heres his highlights from last year. He looks like he is a clean-up guy that can run the pick and roll and rebound fairly well.

Currently there's 18 guys in camp, so 3 will be cut. Thankfully, there's only 14 guaranteed contracts.
