i have hated on miles as much as anyone but to be fair last night he may have saved himself another day or two. He finished with 8 points on 4-7 shooting with 2 rebounds and 3 blocks and an assist.

Miles actually has played decent.....
Hopefully Sherron makes the team tho. He hasnt looked good but I think he can develop nicely.
Even though he hasn't played good, we keep Collins and send him to the D-League to develop since LB won't play him anyways.

Maybe not if the Bobcats are seeing the same thing these scouts saw and mentioned to Bonnell at the Detroit game in Columbia:
http://blogs.charlotte.com/inside_the_nba/2010/10/the-effort-at-depth-seems-gone.html
-- I have friends among the advance scouts from other teams, and here's what I heard: Sherron Collins is a butterball and isn't all that wonderful as a point guard. They anticipate the Bobcats searching the waiver wire for a better alternative as the third point guard, particularly with Livingston injured.
I don't know whether that will happen, but it was illuminating how dangerous they think it is to trust Collins right now as the defacto backup point guard.
And kinda related as Capt Jack probably sees the writing on the wall:
-- Some of you think Stephen Jackson is nuts, and I won't debate you about that. But he has a good heart. Steve Stricker, head athletic trainer and a good guy, was walking around the locker room Saturday, passing out per diem and getting signatures to confirm that. Jackson signed the line, but told Stricker to hand his cash to Collins.
Nice gesture, and for a guy who still hasn't made the team, probably cash he needed.
And wouldn't it be nice if Boris was prophetic about this?
-- Boris Diaw is usually understated in the locker room and quick to shower and leave. But he was so charmed by Gana Diop's big night that he couldn't help shouting Saturday that they found their "Dikembe Mutombo.'' Nice gesture, but I don't think we'll see Gana doing all that, or Gana wagging his finger in a menacing gesture.
