Tonight Richard Jefferson and the San Antonio Spurs come to town.

Ummm... I wonder if he and his boys are going to all come together. D'OH  let me rephrase that, I wonder if Richard's eclectic group of male companions are going to travel to Charlotte to show him support against the Bobcats tonight?
Regardless of how Richard prefers to get his groove on, the Cats have to find a way to stop him, Manu, Dajuan Blair and most importantly Timmeh Duncan, so that we don't fall to an even more Vincent-esque 1-6
Do we get a win tonight fellas?

To quote Ed Lover..."If that ain't fruitopia, I don't know what is!"
Not one of them can even pass off as straight...and the two on the left have got to be a couple.

Not very confident about tonight's game. I think 1-6 is more likely than 2-5

Ohara, unfortunately I'm in agreement with you. 1-6 is looking very likely.

Shoot, I'd rather have him on our team. Guy is clutch and has been for years. He is what we want Jax to be, but Jax has too much fun making TO's and getting cranky at refs for his fouls or lack of fouls when he misses.

The effort was there again tonight. Very pleased with the overall effort. Starters just couldn't shoot tonight and that killed us.
Just returned from the game...energy was good...liked what I saw of the younger players (excluding Collins...I'm not impressed)...six TOs by Jack was a killer...hate it when we miss very open shots...our foul shooting kept us in the game...but...disappointed because this was a game that we could have won...

I remember people on this board saying Jax is better than Manu. Hilarious.

Adding on to this.
1st: There is absolutely no reason Gana is getting close to the same minutes as Tyrus. TT is hustling his ass off and it's paying off. Your lead scorer and rebounder shouldn't be getting 23 minutes.
2nd: Gerald Henderson is beneficial how, exactly? His man to man D was absolutely embarrasingly horrid. Gary Neal clowned him. Hendo was awful. No excuse. When his offense is better than his D, his ass needs to be on the bench. Jesus H. Christ, I could play better D. He wasn't even trying to guard Neal, just standing around like a fucking idiot.
3rd: How hard is it to figure out that a lineup of DJ/Livingston/Hendo/UPS/Crash is going to get KILLED inside. We're not playing the Thunder here, we're playing against Tim Duncan and Tiago Splitter. Jeez.
4th. If for whatever reason LB goes nuts, the team is headed for the lottery and Jack/Crash/Boris get traded, then a DJ/Livingston/Hendo/UPS/(insert expiring contract or young center here) would be a fun starting 5 to watch.
5th. Amp, you are the man. those were awesome seats. Thanks a ton.

I've been riding Larry hard since the off-season, and I still think his heart isn't fully here, but he won major points for me by sitting Jack and GW toward the end of the game. It wouldn't've hurt my feelings had Jack been told not to come out for the second half. It's very strange how Boris has been more consistently engaged during games this season than Jack, and anybody looking to move Boris over Jack at this point, needs to look past biases towards what is happening on the court: Boris is the best facilitator for our offense. But yeah, it was fun watching the youngins and Boris cut the lead down and provide a fun spark in the last couple minutes.
It's been a tough (not unexpected, however) start, but there's still a glimmer of something better down the road, and I saw some of it tonight.

Did the TV show Jordan jawing with the Ref? there was an out of bounds situation near the Bobcats bench, Jordan got the ball and wouldn't return it until he got some words to the Ref....then he threw a pretty aggressive pass to the ref 5 feet away...the Ref chirped back a little bit and Jordan didn't back done, gave it right back to him....and no Technical.....just wondering if the TV cameras caught it??

I dunno, but he actually was giving it to Crawford twice. The first is what you described, then again after the pass to Tony Parker went out of bounds.

That happened at about 9:30 am here. I had woken up at 8 to watch the game, having previously gotten to sleep at 4 am. Needless to say, even with exhaustion that made me rise out of my seat and give a loud "OHHHHH." Ended up waking my sister xD.
Amp and I were right behind that, holy cow it was impressive. I thought it was going to sail into the stands, but somehow TT got up there. Even MJ would be proud of that!
