From the Observer, here's an article about Jack's technical problem. I like the guy and what he does on the court, but he HAS to be smarter than this. The only thing that gets me is him talking about things not being "fair"...if you're in your early 30's and haven't figured out the world isn't always fair, I don't know what would teach you.

Jack was suspended for 1 game...so that actually equals 2 games of playing time since he was ejected so early

without pay for verbal abuse of ref and for failing to leave the court in a timely manner after ejection

The teams and players have zero recourse agianst refs acting like they have a vested interest in the game. And according to Tim Donaghy they often do.

I think that in protest of this Bullchit that larry should start Livingston, Carroll, McGuire, Brown, Diop. Let them get some "real" game time for their experience (sub in the normal starters but give wallace, TT and DJ the night off. Show them that if the NBA wants us to lose, then F-off.

Stern and his yes men refs. Hes like a f #ING DICTATOR. Its not like he started a fight. . He just didn't get off the court quick enough. The damn rule book says 16 tecs not six ,. Its just stern making up rules as he goes to suspend him. Wallace don't know what the hell the refs are going to call either. This new rule has f up the his whole game this season.

Truth be known I still fell the referees are corrupt in the NBA. What I can't figure out is why the Referees are not in our back pocket considering the G.O.A.T owns our team. I know there really are no biases and Stern really has nothing to do with it but it sure seems that way some times. Before Tim Donaghy came out and admitted to HIS gambling I always felt NBA referees were compromised. I have bit my lip and let the calls happen as they will but I will say now that I still think NBA officials seem to be fucked up and corrupt. Not simply because our team is fucking up but just because I feel their is still way too much favoritism going on in the NBA. In other team sports their is a lot more of an even handedness in the calls of the officials. That of coarse is just my opinion but to me there are far too many officials who make calls based on personal issues or biases. I will continue to enjoy the game of basketball but I will always have some doubt as to the professionalism and fairness of NBA officials.

Now as far as Jax I do think he does himself no favors when he complains and makes scenes regarding the NBA officiating. I would think that players like Jax would be smart enough to learn that the best way to avoid the biases is to play nice and kiss some ass. I myself would have a shitty nose in order to get some respect and preferential treatment. You get more honey bees with honey than you do with vinegar.

Speak of favoritism, Howard has the same number of techs as Jax, he WILL NOT under any circumstance be suspended until he hits #16. There are a few "golden" teams who get calls and a few "black marks" who don't. We know where we fall. I've watched from VERY close as wallace took an elbow to the mouth, no foul called as he fell down, and there was a time out taken because he was bleeding. This is where the "make up" call comes into play (i.e. wallace got FTs the next time down for something that probably shouldn't have been called) to save face, because blood = foul for sure.

The biased sickens me. They'll jump on Jack instantly, and others. Amare verse us, kept yelling out And-1. Sheed would get T'ed up. Amare didn't. Bull crap. Favouritism is stupid as, people chuck hissy fits and don't get jack squat, but others do nothing but maybe say 'wow' or frown one muscle and the refs are on them. Total bull crap.
