-- It’s challenging to pick a single worst moment in the Celtics game, but I’ll take a stab: Eduardo Najera missing an uncontested layup in the second half.
-- Coach Larry Brown suggested for the first time that his players aren’t listening to him. That’s a big deal. It was telling that owner Michael Jordan interceded after the game, addressing the team. I hear it got really loud in there.
-- Stephen Jackson seemed particularly frustrated after the game, answering nearly every media question with some variation on, “I have no answers.’’
-- D.J. Augustin had a rough night: 0-of-8 from the field, four turnovers and one assist. Augustin once led the league in assist-to-turnover ratio, but over his last seven games, he has 28 assists and 19 turnovers.

Its kinda sad to see that we needed a blog to tell us that.
And on a personal note I freaking hate Boston fans.

and in other news snow is cold and wet

Exactly.
They don't listen to him preaching against threes and running for the same reason you don't listen to your grandparents telling you about growing up without tv or computers...it has no meaning in today's world.

this team is a huge mess. It starts with the coach and ends with our ugly ass mascot.

I know there's a lot of LB hate around here, and the ol' coach frustrates me at times too, but listening to him in the post-game media makes it clear to me he's telling them about the effort and energy. And judging by what I see out there, they clearly aren't listening to him. (I feel sympathetic towards him for that...he's putting the message out there, but it's appears to be falling on deaf ears.) The one time they listened to him and ran, they were able to take care of Denver.
LB can be aggravating as all get-out, but the man knows the game and knows the minimums it takes to be competitive in this league. And he doesn't see it, has let it be known to his team and they seem to let it go in one ear and out the other. Makes you wonder if they'd ever say, "This isn't working, let's listen to the old man for a little bit and see how that works."

It probably goes, "This isn't working, lets just do our own thing and see if we can't get it close again before its too late."
(Get it close in the 4th, lose by 4 because LB draws up something hilarious in the final moments)

Ever get the feeling that Larry would be happier as an assistant who just teaches and runs practice?

always felt that way
He would, but he likes Head Coach's pay too much.
