Merry Christmas planeteers! Just getting ready to watch a good afternoon of basketball. This is the first time I can say that I will be rooting for the Lakers.

Predict the year when we will be watching the Cats on Christmas day.

Let's be realistic, the same teams play on Christmas every year, the Lakers, Celtics, Knicks, Bulls, and the Heat as long as Lebron is there. Basically the big market teams. If we ever played on Christmas, we would have to be playing one of these teams and competing at a high level. I'm not trying to knock us or anything, but the NBA wants big ratings on Christmas, and unfortunately I don't think David Stern believes the Bobcats would pull in big ratings.

Cleveland played a few years ago...it doesn't matter as long as you've got guys that everyone wants to watch. If we can get the right guys in the draft then we'll be there, big market or not.
