If a fistfight ever breaks out between coaching staffs, I will gladly put my money on our guys.
I am anxiously looking forward to tonight's game. I know that they have only had a few days to practice under the new coaching staff, but I expect at a minimum that the body language and demeanor will look a lot better on the court tonight
What do you guys expect to see tonight in the first game of the post-LB era?

I Expect us to PLAY, for almost the first time since the first 3 games of the year I am excited to watch a game again. I have fallen asleep or changed the channel during most games this year when we get down by 10+ and the guys look lazy.

I feel the same way. I can't wait. I'm a little bit nervous though, I just hope we don't come out and fire up bad shots all game. I'm excited to see us hopefully finally running for once. We kept hearing every year, "we are going to be running more this year", and it never seemed to happen. Hopefully it happens this year. I think it would be great for us. Go Cats!

I don't know, I want Paul Silas to succeed but I also want to lose as many games as possible for a good draft pick

I'm really excited for a Bobcats game for the first time in a while. I go mainly because I enjoy the NBA experience, but I'm very, very excited to see what Silas does. I'm looking forward to the good old-fashioned Bobcats hustle and grit I have grown accustomed to seeing. I'm hoping they really go with the up-tempo style, which will be much nicer to look at than "wait 23-1/2 seconds to shoot the ball" offense that was previously being employed. Hopefully it all works out and Silas does some magic.

Couple hours away, I can't wait. Almost like starting a new season, but with a losing record.

Agree with a lot of the comments about tonight's game. I have been bored out of my skull for most of the games over the past month. I like the Gerald is getting the nod tonight and hope Silas utilizes our youth and doesn't run our starters and vets into the ground like LB did. Granted, with our heart and soul still injured, I don't see us blowing the doors off the Pistons tonight, but I do think we will see some different basketball at the TWC tonight. I just feel that Silas is a complete 180 of what Larry is and it will be more fun to watch regardless of the outcome.
Lets

Got too close at the end, but Cats hung on for the win. Congrats to Silas!
Great to see them grind it out, good W, and welcome back Coach!

That was much better to see. Silas got quite a nice ovation when he was announced before the game. The hustle and grit I was looking for was back and they seemed to enjoy themselves more. I know I and my seat neighbors enjoyed it more. The drastic change of running and gunning was a thrill to see. Even more exciting was it working like a well-oiled machine in the first half. Granted, the defense could have used some work in the second half, but winning these kind of games has eluded the Bobcats this season. Glad to see them play with heart, hustle, grit, intensity and find a way to win. Good start to the Silas era...here's to it continuing.
