LMAO....i didn't even know what that was about, till i saw DJ doing the Jack impression. It wasn't till he did the typical Jack jab step and multiple fake overhead pass i caught on. Too bad we couldn't see the Wallace impression. The guys really look loose and it seems they're enjoying themselves a lot more.

As much as I love the new chill vibe, I kind of want the team to develop a "Fuck You" attitude. I think that's what made them so enjoyable in the beginning. They knew they sucked but they came out and played like grown ass men. I want them to come out and knock big men down when they go for layups. I want Boris laying people out on screens. I want DJ to come out and elbow people in the junk when he comes around the pick.

Good to see him loose and it definitely has translated to the floor. Even though he struggled for 3.5 quarters against Minnesota, he was able to have that Defensive Back mentality and make plays down the stretch like the team will need him to. Hopefully, if nothing else, this current Silas stint will reduce team tension and heal some chemistry while producing some entertaining wins.

The funniest part of Tyrus's was as "DJ as Tyrus was throwing the ball the to guard, he was already calling for it again, and then he takes a dribble away from the basket and sends a cross court pass that ends in the 4th row. This is because Tyrus is known as a blackhole (once the ball goes in, it rarely comes out).

I think the Silas transition was the perfect one at the perfect time for the guys. He's like Marry Poppins bringing "fun and music" to the kids who had not had it since their mother died (the Orlando series). Combine that with a softer spot in the schedule and these guys can exhale and hopefully go into the All-Star break with some confidence to take into the 2nd half of the season.

Thanks for posting! This is good stuff. I had read about DJ doing this. I didn't get the Tyrus one for a second, but when I did it was great. The Jack one was really good too. The guys must be enjoying life much more now. Wouldn't you just like to know what is going through LB's head now? With his outlook on the world it could be interesting... I hope this change can help pull the team together and create better chemistry as we move into some tougher games.
