would never work. Brands are too important. Nike players would be told only to pick other Nike players, etc

I like the idea, don't know if it would work as well in basketball though. Would be cool though, possibly Kobe and LeBron on the same team going up against Wade and Durant. Its possible.

That's a very sad reality, but I like to think the players would overcome that.
