Game Thread: Charlotte Bobcats at Chicago Bulls 2/15

We need to follow up that great win against the Lakers last night with a good effort against the Bulls with this being the last game going into the All-Star break.

Will it happen?

From the ESPN Chicago game preview:

Very little has slowed down Derrick Rose and Chicago over the last five weeks.
An exception is the Charlotte Bobcats, who are making a habit of giving fits to playoff contenders.
Rose and the Central Division-leading Bulls seek to avoid their third loss to the Bobcats in as many meetings Tuesday night at the United Center.
The Bulls (36-16) are an Eastern Conference-best 13-4 since Jan. 8, but two of those losses have come against the Bobcats (24-31). In losing to Charlotte, Chicago has plenty of company among the NBA's elite.

Oh, and Caesars has us as a 9.5 point underdog with an over/under of 182.5
I would gladly bet against the bulls covering that spread.

Lakers coach Phil Jackson held a five-second news conference after the Bobcats' dismantling of his team Monday night, merely saying he was "embarrassed" by the 20-point loss.

Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau watched the same game.

"Yeah," Thibodeau said with a nervous laugh after Tuesday's morning shootaround. "They played a great game. They executed. They got great shots. They shared the ball. Their defense was fantastic. That's the way they've been playing. They've done a good job. They're playing smart basketball."

Following Monday's practice, Derrick Rose emphatically talked about seeking revenge against the Bobcats, who have won both meetings against the Bulls this season. Thibodeau focused on his typical one-game-at-a-time mantra.

"We're concerned that we need a win and they're our next game," Thibodeau said. "I don't know if we can get into all that other stuff. We want to be consistent in our approach. We feel if we do what we're supposed to do, we can win against anybody anywhere.
