View Full Version : TRADE METER: What will happen?

This is not for discussion of trades. This is solely for updates of what you think will happen. You may change this is as regularly as you like.
I think it's going to be Wallace for Lebron and Bosh.
Remember, this is just for brief snapshots of what you think is going to happen based on what you're hearing.

I think its Jax to a contender for younger talent

I think the Fat Lady is already singing on our trade potentials.
Maybe next year

I think Diaw, Nazr and Wallace get dealt by Thursday in separate deals.
02-21-2011, 10:40 PM
I think we trade Diaw.
02-21-2011, 10:42 PM
I think we trade Diaw.
But I say nazr as well.....I have predicted Nazr/Diaw would be the ones dealt for months
So I go with Nazr and Diaw.
G Wuh Wuh Wuh Wallace

Diaw is gone.

I am going to go with nothing happens. I would love to see Jax to a contender for young asset but our team never makes that kind of move. If we had a draft pick to trade away before 2014 I could see us making a move for sure.
Note: if there is a deal done it will be for our 2014 unprotected pick + Nazr, MC, Derrick Brown, DJ, for Nene, Lawson, filler

Maybe we go full circle and bring Felton home. Im sure DJ would be happy.

I don't think anything will happen. If anything I can see Diaw and Mohamed going out.
I think Crash and "Doris" are the two most likely to move...but it would not surprise me if no one goes....

I'd bet my life that nobody gets traded. which is unfortunate

Doris must be moved
Hoopsworld posted an article this AM (I have it quoted and linked in the trade thread) that indicates we're in talks with Houston and Dallas to move Crash...the kicker...whoever gets Crash has to take "Doris"...here is the link...

The Dallas Mavericks and Houston Rockets have both been talking with Charlotte and have similar offers… Dallas is offering the ending contract of Caron Butler and a couple of younger assets such as rookie Dominique Jones. Where Houston's trade offer is based on the ending insurance-covered contract of Yao Ming and younger players like Chase Budinger and Courtney Lee.
The Bobcats have been talking fairly aggressively over the last week and it seems fairly clear that they will trigger something in the next 48-hours.
So, Mark Cuban is getting ready to sodomize the Cats again?
LOL...either Cuban or Morey Ziggy...but does it really matter...

houston is the more safe trade with us getting back an expire and young talent, where as the dallas one i feel like where just getting mula back. im okay with trading jack for an expiring and a backup pf or something, but crash we need to get face value for. espicially because his last 5 games he seems to be back to his old self

I hope nothing happens but the only trade anyone has mentioned I would look in to the least bit was the Nazr and Boris for Kaman. Other than that, am I the only one who cannot wait until the deadline passes so all the ludicrous trade rumors can die off and we can all focus on actual basketball for once.
