Saying all the write things, but saying and doing are two very different things.

Awesome...we're going to build our foundation off those mid 1st picks!
What was I ever thinking to doubt this great wonder of a basketball mind?

Well, I read that the blazers "hoped" Wallace would be ready to go for their game tomorrow, so I assume there is a chance the players we got from both teams would be ready. It all hinges on the acquired players passing physicals in time.

Still interested to see how Mo Pete and Marks are waived. Marks I agree with, but not Morris

LOL. I deleted my email without even reading it. If I'm wrong, let me know, but I'm assuming it's something not written by MJ, putting a positive spin on the dealings without even bothering to mention GW or what he's meant to the team since BEFORE MJ was even within sniffing distance of the team.
I kinda thought something was up when they were pushing for these incentive-laden ST renewal packages BEFORE the trade deadline. As I was renewing mine before the Laker game I even told my friend as much. Got such a good deal I don't regret it, but still feel I may very well have just bought a lemon.

Yeah, MT wrote that, I'll put money on it. MT writes them, passes it by Jordan or Falk I assume, and then releases it.

If you didn't want to spend any money then whyd you buy the team MJ? Very discouraging, all Jordan's talk of "chasing excellence" is out the window now
As Swedd said, I can understand this as a businessman but not as a competitor

This isn't exactly the rebuilding that any of us were hoping for but it is the beginning of a sort of rebuilding. I am sure we could have held on to Gerald Wallace unless the Blazers were willing to part from Batum. I feel Gerald was for sure worth that if not one of their other fairly talented young players. If the Blazers did not want to play ball so to speak we could have held onto Gerald unless some other team most likely lottery bound decided they would part from a young talent and a lottery pick or two for this and another season. If not that than we should have insisted the other team/teams take some of our garbage with Crash.
I am going to write a book about how wrong Jordan and Higgins are and how right we are. I guess we all have basically written that book on this forum..lol
