.... The Checkers are in the Calder Cup Playoffs this year. They'll be playing the Hershey Bears in the first round.

Yeah I was thrilled when I found out the Checkers would be affiliated with the Canes. For the price of one Canes game I can go see the baby Canes play 3-4 games.

Unfortunately things are not looking good now, Checkers down 0-3 in the ECF's :( They took out the defending champs and the team with the best regular season but are struggling against a team that barely got in :shrug:
