After reading thru it I'm wondering what the point of even doing that chat was. Not like I expected any huge revelations, but still.
I guess it is good that they recognize that we need a C...but from what I gather there really aren't any decent in this draft outside of Kanter.

i kept asking do you see us filling our hole at center through this draft. It wasn't answered, i think what questions they didnt answer will tell us more than the ones they did. Apart form the last one about the EU camp, interesting stephan silas is going out and he mentioned him in the decisions for the draft night. Seriously looks like they rate him

You're welcome.
I got home at 330, read through the chat, and was like "no one knows how to ask a non-player question." So I asked about that, since I figured at the very least using "Silases" rather than "Silas" would give us an idea of where Stephen's future was. And that sorta confirms what we've been thinking.

It's not that they weren't being asked...they were screening questions big time and not posting everything (in my case 1 of 5 questions).
Next time they need to hire a typist for Rod...process was extremely SSSSSSSSSSSLLLLLOOOOOWWWWWW.

If I know anything about that, it wasn't Rod that was slow. It was whoever was sitting next to him approving the words he wrote (probably BJ Evans or MT). And as far as the questions asked, if it was anything specific about this draft, then they weren't going to answer it. I'm shocked that Rod even agreed to talk at all.

i got to the chat towards the end, but it reeked of a jerry richardson presser. i didn't expect higgins to be like, "yeah, we have a deal in place with the jazz at 3, and it involves blah blah blah." however, there had to be some better questions out there to make it a little more interesting.

Yeah I know Rod has the answers (may not be the politically correct ones the PR staff wants documented) having listened to him on a number of STH events, he's very frank and generally provides more information than I anticipated. However, that was not the case today.
