I was woundering everyone's thoughts on Lopez? Cheap young center that could I think be an option for us. What our coaching staff did to Kwame I think can help Lopez as well.

He would be great. He's a poor man's Joakim Noah. With the right coaching he could be really good.

I'd certainly like to have him on the roster, but I wonder how cheap he'd be. At the right price, he could be a solid long-term backup center. Those don't come around every day.

I usually have a firm policy against guys with girl's names, BUT I could make an exception for Robin. He would certainly help out our big man situation.

Maybe we could get him in a deal with with Memphis with our #19 pic or our #39. Or maybe http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=4xy5wqz

to be honest if grizzlies gave us Mayo for the 19th pick i would take it, he seems to not be happy in Memphis, with Paul Silas everybody is happy so he would fit perfect here. I dont think they would take it, but it would be worth exploring

They were giving him to the Pacers for McRoberts and a pic so that is an option. They would be willing to buy Najera out I think. They also have Leon Powe whom also could help us out. If I were gm trade #19 to Memphis or Phoenix and get Mayo and Lopez, lineup
Dj, Livingston
Hendo, Mayo, Sonny Weems (free agent)
Jax, Singletary (#9) Cunningham
Diaw, TT, White
Kwame, Lopez, Diop, Benson (#39)

it is not his fault you've made a girl name out of it in US.

Oakley can do onl as much of a trick. I saw it coming a bit with Kwame I don't see anything making me fell he would work here. I would rather just stick with Kwame, Diop by default and give no-name players a chance. Gray I would like.

I like the idea of trading those terrible picks for Mayo and Lopez but I doubt seriously our FO has the balls to get that done

Curious what people see in Robin's game that would be worth coveting? Not a scorer, not a great rebounder, had trouble getting run with Suns last season.

Lopez has had all the chances to succeed in Phoenix but yet he still hasnt, also he is very very injury prone. I would rather use pick for OJ Mayo, or just go with Keith Benson or Jeremy Tyler from the draft, at least they have upside, Robin Lopez has already reached his potential, a 2nd string center. At least we know Gana Diop brings defense and rebounding, and when he played under Silas he played with a lot of confidence and even better on defense. While he is definetly not worth his contract, might as well just play a guy as second string that so he can block 2 shots a game

So you'll are saying that Lopez's hussle and attitude would'nt help this team. No one said he would be the answer but his contract is only 2 mil and he could help us while Diop gets back. I do believe he would be better here than in Phoniex. As far as injury prone we have no center right now that can play. Resign Kwame, trade for Lopez, draft Benson and wait for Diop and our center position will be filled.

This team has enough hustle and attitude in Hendo and Thomas, I think? What they need is talent and of that embryo, I believe the other girl's name got it. (PS don't correct me on twins, they're unnatural anyway)

I usually have a firm policy against guys with girl's names, BUT I could make an exception for Robin. He would certainly help out our big man situation.Certain names are unisex names and Robin is one them. Actually a name after a bird being a unisex name is better than a lot of other unisex names like Stacey or Brook for boys and Bobbie or Billie for girls. Unisex names can be very confusing.

As far as Robin Lopez being a Bobcat I would be thrilled to have him. I think he still has quite a bit of upside. Not as much as his brother but he can still improve.
