Is Kawhi Leonard or Kenneth Faried more similar to Gerald Wallace?

Kawhi Leonard, but he still isn't much like him to be honest. He is no where near as athletic. He has the same rebounding and awkward shot but thats it, Leonard is all about fade away jumpers

Leonard would be a steal at #19. His hands are huge, and if we are looking for a GW prototype, the fact that he doesn't have a perfect jump shot shouldn't scare us (GW's jump shot is ugly, yet effective from time to time).

Chad Ford had him as high as 5th or 6th last month on his mock draft and said he was lights out in outside shooting at the combine.

Here is a clip from draft express (apologies if it was already posted)

I'm not going to regurgitate draft sites about Leonard, but from what I've read and seen in his playing on TV, Leonard is ahead of GW when he was coming out of college, and should contribute more production, sooner than GW did in Sacramento. Leonard's jumper is the only question mark and Wallace's jumper was hard to watch up until a few years ago. Leonard is very much GW v 2.0, and if he is there at 19, it's a no-brainer, IMO. Now, I'd roll with Singleton, Veseley or Hamilton just as quickly as I would Leonard for filling the SF need, and feel like Singleton might be the best of the crop of SF's not named Derrick Williams. If we go Burks or Valanciunas (sp.) at 9, I wonder if any of the above SF's would be there at 19? I see only Honeycutt or Brooks (not a SF), being there at 19. Moreso, I see Brooks, maybe Montejunas (sp.), Jackson, Faried (don't want), and Vucecic (sp) there at 19, so I have this odd feeling we're in "no-man's land" with both picks in trying to grab a starting big and starting wing at 9 & 19.

(to be exact: Valančiūnas Motiejūnas Vučević Veselư - English trancripts some foreign names phonetically (like Russians for obvious reasons), some don't - like these; ć and č should be pronounced roughly as ch in cheese - I don't know the nuances, I guess there should be rules for ortography etc. of corresponing languages on wiki or somewhere else on the internet)

Not so sure about picking Leonard at 9th, at least not before workouts. Maybe be he will best option, hard to tell know. At 19th sure, be he won't be available.

Polarcat - what reservations do you have about Kenneth Faried ?

Leonard will be good before #9, Marshon Brooks should be our pick at 19 if we dont get Burks at 9.

I think he's a good pick if we didn't have the logjam at pf with T2, White, Cunningham and Diaw (though I think Diaw will be dealt at some point). If he can play the 5 efficiently, then I'm good with it because we need help at the center position. As a prospect, I think he's a great rebounding defense-first 4 that has the potential to anchor the 4 spot for someone, I just think we have more pressing needs around our squad than the pf spot. If we're going with the BPA model regardless of what position the prospect plays, then I guess he's okay too. I'd just rather grab a wing, center or even someone like Reggie Jackson or Josh Selby before Faried. As a prospect though, I think Faried is going to be a very solid player in the league, if nothing more than a bench player that does the dirty work for a team.

Leonard will not get to #19...unless some medical report (think D. Arthur) surfaces about him...

At #19 we should go with Honeycutt or Singleton assuming we don't pick a SF at #9. I think both have the potential to be good but will need time, aka the "prototype".
