Warriors are obviously open to the idea of shipping Monta. We'd be silly not to make an offer right?
Any suggestions?
Monta for TT, Hendo and Najera works in the ol' Trade Machine.

Logo man wouldn't take on TT. They've already committed to Lee and Udoh with Beans for another umpteen years.

Do you all think that Monta and Captain Jack can successfully co-exist on the same team?

I don't think any such trade would happen on Golden State's end, but I honestly believe Jack can co-exist with any player in the league. As long as you are committed to winning, I think Jack's got your back.

Actually YES. I saw an episode of something off of NBATV back when Jack was with the Warriors and Monta was talking about how Jack was like a big brother to him and really mentored him while they were together in GS.
BUT.... I don't see it happening.

They need a replacement for the ailing Biedris so....Diop?
I wouldn't mind Monta though, I'd rather have Steph, but Monta would be great.

Unless Chris Paul or Dwight Howard comes along, we aren't trading those picks.

There is honestly nobody we can draft who would help us more than a Monta Ellis and neither Paul or Howard are gonna come here.
Trade somebody + #9 for Monta = Upgrade imo.

Makes you wonder what we could've done if we would've held onto Crash through the rest of the season... But, I'm happy Crash got to go to a contender with a great fan base... Yet, I think a deal for Monta would've been much better in the short-term for us, and depending on the draft, maybe the long-term, but I'm hoping we finally get it right.

Lakers are discussing a Ellis trade......I wont mind it because Lakers are my #2 team but alot of people will be mad if that happens. Didn't Jerry West also "gift" Gasol to LA?

that rumor is false, we cant trade both picks and dj for curry, we have to have at least 1 pick in 1st round

That's really only a technicality. We just have to draft a player - there's nothing that says we have to keep him. All you have to do is draft the the player that your trading partner wants and then trade him after the pick is made. We could easily set up deals prior to the draft that includes our draft picks.

touche, GSW wouldnt make that trade anyway, not in this draft at least when they are determined to win now
How would Monta Ellis be a gift to LA? He can't run the point, and Kobe can't play SF...

Exactly all we got to do is draft the player they want then trade . I have a feeling we going to do some kind of draft and trade . Im just hopeing we don't get another[ sucker] as in Spectres avatar

Got carried away with my explanation and forgot to add that I want no part of Monta on our team. I'm somewhat of a fan of him, but not on the Bobcats. He's not a difference-maker.
