Would you send picks #9 and #19 and Diaw to Atlanta for Josh Smith?

no, only because of his salary
If they took back Gana, hell yes.

This. After you get so many knuckleheads on one team it starts equating to white wings.

well considering we traded wallace for less and wallace is greater then josh smith, who btw is on the decline, we will prob jump at the chance!

Supposedly, on RGM's boards they're saying (with links), an ESPN intern and another source are reporting on twitter that Smoove is going to Orlando for Jameer Nelson, Ryan Anderson, Daniel Orton, and some filler. Some are saying that Hinrich is going to Orlando in the deal as well.

Besides being scared of Joe Johnson's contract and the pending CBA cap threshold, why would Atlanta make that trade?

i agree, it doesn't make them any better or in significantly better position to rebuild/redirect the franchise.

I don't understand why Atlanta hates J-Smoove so much, he could easily be their best player in 2-3 years. Absolutely no reason to trade him for f**king Jameer Nelson. Like really? They must be pretty stupid down there.
Looks like the Hawks are offering him to T'Wolves for the #2...
Josh Robbins (http://twitter.com/JoshuaBRobbins): Per @Adrian Wojnarowski (http://twitter.com/WojYahooNBA) the #Hawks (http://twitter.com/search?q=%23Hawks) are dangling Josh Smith to #Wolves (http://twitter.com/search?q=%23Wolves) for No. 2 pick, eyeing Enes Kanter: http://ht.ly/5oZ7g now (http://twitter.com/JoshuaBRobbins/statuses/83978127990206464)

^ If the T-Wolves take that offer, it would be 100% that Beasley is on the market. Maybe Charlotte could swoop in and offer 19 for him so Minny could stay in the 1st round?
