Boris Diaw, Dante Cunningham, Dj White, Tyrus Thomas, Bismack (I dont think he can play center)

I would love to trade Diaw for a decent center ( assuming Kwame doesn't resign )

Any good trade ideas?

BB is going to have to play a hybrid center type deal. He can't be more than three feet from the basket or the other team doesn't have to guard him. Boris can play any position on the floor. TT, White or Cunningham could all fill in at small forward. I don't think it is that big a problem.

This. The Business is gonna be a center. His standing reach is 9'3" - Dwight Howards is 9'3.5" . As I read somewhere else: last time i checked they measure your height to your head, but you dont block or shoot with your head. I am not comparing him to Dwight Howard to say that is who he is like. I am just using the best current center as a bench mark in height and athleticism, and judging by measureables... Bismack is in the same range. Bismack can play PF but like Go Bobs said... he can't really leave the paint when on the offensive side. Is he going to struggle at times, sure but center is his best position in the NBA. He is only 18 too... look how much bigger Dwight got when he got a season or two under his belt with a pro trainer.

and Dante cunningham is not a power forward. I believe Paul said he will be playing SF if he makes it through the QO process. So really at true power forward you have Diaw, TT, DJ and Eddie. Still a bit of a clusterfudge, but not as bad as it looks.

Agreed - and Diaw & Eddie are both expirings, so we are fine whether we move them or not. Personally, I'd like to see Diaw moved for picks of any kind because we wouldn't be taking on another contract and would continue adding to our stack of assets.
