And I came across this video:

http://www.dump.com/2011/01/14/little-michael-jackson-this-kid-may-have-a-future-in-dancing-video/

As soon as it came on, I was like, "Oh my god, that's TWC!"

Pretty funny video. Any of you guys there when this actually happened? Or even featured in the video?

PS - this is why Bobcat's games are the best and we have the best fans.

I believe that anytime MJ and Co make a move that has people scratching their heads or threatening to commit murder, they should show this.

I love how everyone got into it, especially that one little kid who looked like he wouldn't do anything and then started moving his arms up and down.

I wonder what the score was at the time, we were playing Miami so there's a good chance we weren't winning.

I was at the game, this kid was killing it. Too bad you couldn't hear the applause on that video. It was from last season (you can see MC33 coming back on the floor at the end of it, which is the first season MC wore the stripped jerseys, and Livingston was on the court as well (his only season with the Cats).

And it was probably in the 2nd half (generally the Cats defend that end of the court in the 2nd half).

Link to the game recap (no GW or Nazr that night due to injuries...or Diop which had no impact). http://espn.go.com/nba/recap/_/id/310103030/miami-heat-vs-charlotte-bobcats

I think that guy was a regular on the scoreboard during time-outs.

Best dance-off I remember from the season was the Clippers game. An old guy and a young guy dancing for a taco dinner. The old guy won.

I remember that dance-off. Old guy bought his A-Game for sure.

I was there too, and you're right, the applause for that kid was off the charts. That video doesn't do it justice. IIRC, even the players were looking to see what was going on. That was a very fun moment, part of the reason I love going...never know what's going to happen!

I do remember some guy showing up several times last years dressed as Lt. Dangle from Reno 911. So yeah, you never really know who and/or what is going to show up.

I've heard a lot of that stuff is staged. I saw one video of a celtics game and they played that bon jovi song "Living on a Prayer" and this guy had a big choreographed number involving people in the audience and stuff.

Winner winner sheen Dinner!!! This kid is a plant. so is the break dancing security guard and the poppin and lockin cotton candy sales person...also when rufus drops the cake on a dude in a heat jersey...hes not really a heat fan either.

The dead giveaway is the spotlight...Why would they have a spotlight ready to go in the 3rd quarter?

There's plenty of things like that that are staged, but I'm very much Ok with it. It's entertaining and I'm there looking to be entertained. And they're looking to entertain people, so it's a win-win for everyone.

wait a minute... was that the beagle at the 50 second mark? HA! No, ziggy, my beard and my killin' dance moves served that guy. I'm too smooth to be caught on camera......except this once. If you can't pick me out....shame on you!

But yeah, I remember that dude dancing. Thought it was staged but it was well done staging because he and the woman he was with both stayed in those seats for the duration of the game and they actually did come down and give him a certificate.

Good job, zig and BP. You win..............a 10-20% chance for a thundershower to momentarily cool things off from the brutal heat. It was that or free tickets to see Friends with Benefits but I love you guys too much to put you through that. You're welcome.
