If we miss an entire season, there are going to be several players that are performing at a high level now, who's games are going to fall completely off a cliff if we don't play until 2012-2013 because of a combination of mileage, rust, age.
Here are a few names that leap out at me.
Kobe Bryant
Kevin Garnett
Tim Duncan ( has slowed down already )
Steve Nash
What other players come to mind?

not too sure about kobe. i think the rest may do him some good. i don't think he will be too rusty given his obsessive work ethic.
others who could absolutely be done in by this are those mid level guys with 1 or 2 years of prime left who may just be left behind when they come back by the younger guys. guys like dudley, diaw, mags, etc.
You could say the whole Big 3 in Boston. Ray Allen may be still able to hit the three, but Pierce's mobility will be worse than before.
Are there any Bobcats players that you see not being same? Maybe Maggette will be worse than usual?

Diaw might explode from all the wine and cheese if we sit a year
Diop might actually forget how to play basketball if we sit a year
Hendo might learn how to shoot a three pointer if we sit a year
Bismack might learn how to shoot period if we sit a year
Tyrus might learn its okay to go at 100% speed instead of 6000% if we sit a year
DJ might grow a set of balls if we sit a year

Do you think the Cats might just start fresh with a new coach if we miss the entire season? Silas is no spring chicken.

Stephen Silas, make it happen.
Love Paul, but apparently Stephen is just as brilliant as his father, if not more.
I think there should be a succession from Paul to Stephen, Charlotte has much love for the Silas's.

Well now that we have a shortened season I think Paul should coach the remainder of this year, then depending on a few things, decide to hand it off to Stephen.
