I've seen a writeup or two that predicts the Cats winning less than 10 games
I think we'll do better than that, but here is your chance to call your shot and make your prediction prior to the season starting.
I'll go first, our record for this upcoming season will be 18-48.

I think if we get a real serviceable big and add some young legs, we may not be the most talented but for a short season and with a bit of back to backs, on youth alone + the possibility hendo, kemba and bismack develop some chemistry.
I see us going 27-39
If we make a good trade at the deadline maybe a few more or less.

Yours is solid, ziggy. I don't want to make an official prediction until the season starts, but now I'd say between 14-20 wins.

13-18 wins i reckon
0-10 i hope to secure that top pick!!
As long as our core play good bball and improve then it doesnt matter how many wins!

Team as is: 20 - 46. Could be amended depending upon any trades or FA signings.

15 wins at best

I'd have to say 16-50, we play so damn hard that we will not be the worst team ever.

Yep. Right at about 20 wins
most of you guys have blinders on. this team won't win more than 15 games.

I dont think we will have to tank to get a top 3 pick. Its that bad.
15-20 wins. Closer to 15 if Smack doesn't get cleared to play this year.

Michael Jordan greatest of all time can't even yield players signed to wear his brand to a team he owns. Jordan f-ing sucks he has the ability to bring millions to the table from outsiders that just want to shake his hand yet he sits in mediocrity. How can a person considered to be one of the greatest competitors of all time settle for this sh#t. Occasionally sitting on the bench yelling at refs and players; please put a better product on the floor. This sucks for the players and fans not even a mention of anybody considering the bobcats. This team is own by the g.o.a.t. but the l.o.a.t. when it comes to handling operations. :(

I'll just come right out and say it...9-57. It's going to be bad.

22 wins...which seems high, but I think that comes from our young roster (at least those that Paul will give major minutes). Their young legs will sneak out some wins that we have no business winning.
Which means Kemba, DJ (until he's shown the door), Hendo, Tyrus and Smack need to run, run, run.
If we don't take advantage of our young legs, we are destined to have a win total similar to the Kardashian marriage total.

This.
Ballwhore, what is MJ supposed to do? Trade for some vets to make the playoffs? We tried that it doesn't work w/ the fringe guys. We have to build through the draft. We have to suck first. It's going to be painful but MJ and Cho are finally doing the right thing.

16-50
Normally you want a team to do really well to win many games to make the playoff etc.but because this team is so young and with this draft might be one of the best draft in the last couple of years .It should be the bobcats best interest this year not to win many games and hopefully get the number one overall pick so hopefully next year they could be a playoff team ones again

Sadly, I think we are going to get more wins than anticipated. I think we end up with 24 wins.
Ideally, we only win about 10. All of them coming against the Heat, Knicks, Celtics, and Lakers.

Honest, I'm looking at us to win around 18 games.

I'm in the 20-15 range. As long as I see a good effort from the new guys I'll be happy.
8-13 realistically.
15-20 if Kemba/DJ are playing lights out and Tyrus progresses

2 wins out of 10 .MY guess is 13 wins
14-17. Maybe more if Kemba becomes AI instead of Terry.
But no way in hell it's over 25.

12...we'll be competitive most night, but lack the late scoring and
shut down D to win the games.

I'm thinking 8 is worst case. 14 is best case... So I'm going with 11

20-25 games. Charlotte doesn't have the best talent, but I think guys worked extra hard in the off season and it'll show with more wins than anyone expects.

Anything under 14 wins would below our expansion year win percentage. I don't see that happening, but I think 20-25 would be a realistic expectation. Lets go with 22.
I'll just come right out and say it...9-57. It's going to be bad.
not to shabby!

Thanks. I was looking at the thread over the weekend and it was a pretty funny read. I can't believe I might have been too rosey. Yeesh.

haha I was thinking about this thread the other day. To be honest without all the injuries we had I think we would have got the 10-15 range
