probably won't materialize but we should never pass up an excuse to talk about our favorite ex.

multiple picks for facilitating deal
before we go ballistic that we got hosed last year, these picks will most likely be late first rounders if they are coming from the nets and you better believe no firsts would be coming from orlando. so i don't think it will be a huge deal as far as what we got from him.
the only thing i am worried about is portland trying to start over and we lose the pick because it is too high in the draft.

What would POR's motivation be to do that? As is their roster could make the playoffs and I don't know if it's in their owner's idea to tank.

let's just hope we don't read
sources say Lamarcus Aldridge is being shopped to the Celtics or Lakers.
unless it reads
shopped to the bobcats for the cats pick 2012, portland pick 2013, dj and diaw.
here's what i don't get. if i was orlando looking at crash and lopez as the centerpiece for howard, i would rather have pau and bynum a thousand times over.

Woj - Portland could extract as many as 3 draft picks for Gerald Wallace in possible multi-team Nets deal for Dwight Howard, league sources say.
possibly 3 picks.

I know Aldridge isn't part of the deal. But if they actually do rebuild, he's probably the #1 player I'd take next to Bismack going forward.

Privately, Portland believes Gerald Wallace has evolved into team's "heart and soul" and are hesitant to move him for picks and cap space.
1 minute ago That's not a surprise.
