Bostjan Nachbar and Jamario Moon candidates for #Bobcats last roster spot. bit.ly/uw

So maybe we sign one of these, or we keep it open to make a trade? Anyway, just a thread for all and any ideas for our last open roster spot

I'm seeing alot of people advocating for Ammo. Is there something I'm missing. Has he been playing or working out and deserves a chance for redemption. I would not mind maybe just for the storyline.

I'd be cool with Moon coming in to play for us.

I've liked Moon for a while (My first season paying any attention to basketball at all was the season he was in the dunk contest). So yeah I like moon, that said I'm all for Ammo as well, I mean he's years (and rings--hahaha) removed from this team, and the only person he even knows here at this point would be Matty C. Either or, Min contract, non guaranteed person at 2/3 (or 1/2 as well) would be just fine by me. If something cool works in trade those min contract players with contracts that can be waived are great for both trading away to make salary work, or for waiving to make 2 for 3 type trades work (I see a 2 for 3 happening DJ and Boris at the deadline, hoping for a mid 1st next year and someone to back up Kemba who is almost as good as DJ), and maybe whatever else works or the team wants rid of that wont screw us.

We must be freeing up roster space to sign Center Hamed Haddadi .

I'd rather being in Jamario Davidson than either of them.

holy crap, jamario moon is 31! he's had quite the eventful career, he's been a reveler, globetrotter, colonel, gladiator, regia, patroon, steelhead, raptor, cavalier...

but yeah, what's the point? i don't think he's going to add any wins (thank god) and i'm not sure he'll add any losses either. griffin >>> empty roster space > moon

I don't have much wrong with Moon....but I still would rather have Griffin.

I honestly don't see much potential in Taylor Griffin, I'd rather sign someone who can give us 5-7 points off the bench now, Griffin can't, Nachjbar and Moon can.

Jamario Mooooooooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnn

But seriously, Jamario Moon? Nachjbar? If we're going the route of worthless players who have no value or future for us, what's Kareem Rush doing these days?

remember we don't want to fill the roster with guys who may contribute to wins. so whether they are young or old as long as they are worthless it's fine

Eddy Curry would have been such a great pickup.

NATE NATE NATE !!!
I know we have a 6-0 and 6-1 pg, but what about that 5-9 (if that) guard that would really put some energy into the second unit?

Just say no to Nate the (not so) Great. Dude is a bum and cancer. Don't want that anywhere near this team

I'll second that. Why waste the spot and the cash on a marginal player? Rosters will continue to evolve over the next few weeks. There's something to be said for leaving options open.

Higgins was one of the last cuts of the #Nuggets.

At 6-5, he fills one of the things the team wanted -- a fifth guard with the size and skill set to fill in at either spot.

Rick Bonnell @rick_bonnell 35m

Higgins is son of #Bobcats executive Rod Higgins. He is Colorado's all-time leading scorer and can play either guard spot. (cont.)

not really sure what to say... I am not too impressed too be honest, Is he really worth taking up our roster spot? Also if his dad wasnt here, would he be here? I am unsure...

Thus, welcome aboard Higgins. Waiting for Marcus Jordan next year, baby!

Half way through the year the rest of the team is going to realize Cory is actually on the team and not following his dad around.
