Tanking game is a great way to create a culture of failure. I think trying your best works out in the long run. With the players they picked up in the draft this year and how nice the next draft is I would think any spot 1-20 will be fine for the draft.

Even though it's not a realistic option, as a fan I still had to go with "win it all".

Develop rooks regardless of w/L is my realistic option.
