So i was looking at this thread on the Wizards forum, seeing what they thought of their start. I was also trying to get a vibe if they wanted to to see any of their decent young pieces traded. However, i found this thread quite interesting, they mention a lot of things that you don't always see in the Box Score: http://www.bulletsforever.com/2012/1/6/2686433/entiltement-what-entitlement
One quote that really stood out to me was this:
"Why is this a problem with our beloved team though? The problem might in fact be that so many young guys got so much playing time so early in their careers, as Flip suggests."
I am not saying this is correct, and later in the article he actually says he disagrees with this. But could there be some truth to that? Maybe thats one of the reasons we are not over playing Biz and Kemba. I am not saying i agree with this, in fact i don't but it made me think for a second so i thought i would share it

plenty of rookies play big minutes from the start and go on to have big careers. flip just cant say publically that his team is full of low iq me-first players and they have completely tuned him out

I don't think Bizmack will ever gain that sense of entitlement he just doesn't strike me as that kind of guy to be honest all i've seen of him is a hard working player who puts a 100% out there when he is on the court. Kemba is Kemba if he doesn't get the minutes he'll still get the hype which'll fuel his sense of entitelment to more minutes which may then cause a problem. And I just feel that the more they play the better they get.

The Wizards problem is that they're full of a bunch of me first knuckleheaded retards that have no ability/desire to play a team game.
Our problem is that we simply aren't any good.

Yup.
Was thinking about this the other day. If Kemba comes in at around the 2-3 minute mark 1st quarter that means he'll have sit around 1/2 hour since warm ups. If he goes out around the 5-6 minute mark and re-enters the game for the 2nd half like he did the 1st half he'll have sit almost an hour between stints.
Some guys can thrive in that role. Kemba to me doesn't seem the type that would...but I could be wrong.
I really don't like Silas' rotations.

I think they have tons more talent than we do . I would like to have a couple of those guys on our roster . I don't think they respect Flip . Hes lost them all ready . And Washington needs to start thinking about adding a little vetran presance to that roster . To look respectable.
