I know we let him go in December but we need him or someone like him to come and add toughness and passion to this team. Someone either who would coach or play.

Diaw showing he lacks passion.

Diop is just Diop

Bis shows that drive but need time to develop, one poster states he is the only one not afraid

Mullens is playing great but maybe a little drop of aggressiveness would make him better.

The rest of the team, some full of talent but missing that drive. Headlines states "Silas: Starters have 'just kind of given up now'" Maybe he should shake up the lineup more and give them something to work for. Tonight start

Mullens, Bismack, Brown, Higgins and Walker. Bismack gets more time to play, Higgins look fine for the little time played. Walker can finally settle the arguments of whether he should be given the reigns or not. Shake it up for a game or two.

I'm beginning to think we are getting or playing soft.

Hard to believe a team whos veteran leader presence is Boris Diaw is turning soft. Hmm........

Charles Oakley got into an altercation at an Aria Casino. Got beaten up by 5 body guards, and put in the hospital. Charles Oakley then sued the pants of Aria Casino.

If you go to the games you will find that Aria is still a major sponsor of Time Warner Cable and the Bobcats. You will not find Charles Oakley however.

I knew about the casino altercation and he being dismissed from the team but not about Aria being a sponsor. Wonder if that had a hand in him being fired

Or maybe it will seem kind of fishy if you sue somebody for injuries than shortly go back to work like nothing happen. It wont really help your case.

I was wondering when Mr Jordan was going to address the troops and he did tonight. I didn't watch or follow the game tonight but periodically I checked the score, I gave up, I might as well, seems guys on the team has.

This is from tonight's Observer's article

But talent isn't the Bobcats' only flaw. They allowed the Pistons to score 52 points in the lane, a clear indication of poor defense and non-existent toughness. Silas has been harping on his team's lacking toughness - he said rookie Bismack Biyombo is the closest thing to a tough player right now.

No one want to stand up and be a leader, wow, what about our two pgs. I thought DJ was ready to take this team on his back and Kemba should be trying unrest the throne from DJ. But nothing. Hey I hear Rasheed Wallace is eyeing a return.

I'm in favor of letting Hendo and Bismack go out there and goon it up for a full 30+ minutes each. Seriously. If Henderson gets rolled over again next game and gets mad enough to catch someone with an elbow drop from the top rope - LET HIM DO IT SILAS.

I'm all for seeing another People's Elbow from Hendo at this point.

Oak wasnt dismissed by the team, his injuries hamper him from coaching and especially banging in practice with the bigs. His in practice on court effort is what turned lame ass Kwame Brown into a somewhat slightly respectable player. He is poorly missed. I love seeing Silas Jr working with the guards but the loss of Oakley with the bigs shows more impact. I swear this is all Diaw's fault. He give zero effort, opposing teams announcers talk about how fat and lazy he is every game. We play better team defense when he's not in. I would start DJ White over Diaw. Tyrus is not a SF, this starting line up sucks all because Silas just like LB has some weird man crush on Diaw's frenchy accent.

Lastly Bizzy B is the only one protecting the rim with any heart. Tyrus tries and Kemba and Hendo are good on ball defenders. I need Biyombo to get more minutes. I need Maggy to play like a grown man or stay hurt. I need Kemba to stop taking reckless shots looking like Felton 2.0 and DJ is playing like he deserves a new contract with us. I need Hendo to dunk on people more often and in closing this is all Boris Diaw's fault

This guy tells of his experience at a recent Bobcat game. Can't really explain it any better than this...
