At least they think that we are not going to be contracted.

Chuck was a little less PC in his take on MJ.
my question to the article and specifically to the commenter is "what is jordan supposed to do?" yes, as a gm and player evaluator i don't think he is very good or at the very least has proven to be unsuccessful. but what would you have him do with the team he purchased as it was? it is a fact that he tried to get free agents here, make higher risk moves to try and get a major veteran talent in, hired a big name veteran coach to get the team to the playoffs. i think he is held to an unfair standard compared to other owners, many of whom are not very well known at all. an owner decides how much money they are willing to spend and how much money is an acceptable amount to lose in any given season. outside of those things the president of operations, general managers and coaches are responsible for the product on the floor. so again, what would you have jordan do? who cares if he is golfing? does he have to sit court side at every single game? he has done a great job with public relations and team/city development, all of which are key owner responsibilities. the very same things that bob johnson did not do. jordan is simply trying to turn around a terrible situation.

I 100% cosign this. The Bobcats are lucky to have Michael Jordan as majority owner.
Let the "BUT HE DRAFTED KWAME" comments begin!
